Can’t Locate the Testimonial Link In SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle Version 1.8.1

I have been using SiteOrigin on my website for a while now and was going to add a Testimonial from a clientbut when I signed into my WordPress site I can not find the Testimonial Icon on the Left Hand Side on my dashboard.

I have the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle Version 1.8.1 and if I click on Plugins I can see the SiteOrigin Widgets and the Testimonial widget is Active, but for the life of me I can not get in or work out how I can add another Testimonial to my website, I already have 10 of them up, so it was easy before the change/update.

Anyone able to help or point nme to were I can find out, how to get this Testimonial from my Client onto my website?
I am using the Sydney Theme

I need to display testimonials section in two times in a single page. But i click previous or next button of first testimonial section it also affects the second one.

Even though I am running this: PHP version 5.4.24 (from my cPanel)
How can I get the plugin to see my current version of my PHP version?

This plugin looks very good, but the user submission form asks for way too much information. It asks for a Full Name, Email, Company Name, Company Website, Heading, Testimonial and a Photo.

Is there a way to disable some of the fields? I just want to ask for a Name, Email and Testimonial, or simply a Name and Testimonial.
