]]>I had a testimonials page looking nice with a grid of boxes (actually advertising various services, not testimonials.) All was well until I added a blog page and set several widgets to the primary sidebar. The sidebar automatically showed up on the blog and testimonial pages (not About, Contact, or Portfolio). When it appeared on the testimonials page, it threw my nice grid off and even changed some font color! Strange?
So I’m wondering how to remove the sidebar from the testimonials page …Or set the primary sidebar to only appear on the blog page..
THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
]]>I do have a question on the ordering on a page listing all testimonials, using a shortcode. It’s currently listing them in date order, with the most recent first. The numbering system shows reverse order, and all testimonials have been added to the list-page group. Is there a way to tell the system to use the numbers, and not the date? The site hasn’t been published yet.

]]>I am working in the early concept stages of a site for a handyman business. This will be very basic functionality, home page, about, products/services, contacts etc.
But I am also investigating a way to create a testimonial page where we supply the client with a card with a URL to a site page and a key so they can leave comments. In return we will give them a discount of 5% or so.
These comments would then be fed through to social media platforms.
Is there a page plugin that will enable users with a pre-set key-phrase to leave comments as testimonials?
Many thanks
