I am able to use the url parameter to redirect to a specific page after login. Is there a way for me to redirect back to the referring page after login?

Administrator Role Option Disappeared/is Hidden?

Hi! You’re plugin is great. ;D Recently, I needed to let a plugin support specialist onto my site, but when I went to the Temporary Login Without Password plugin, in order to set up a temporary login credential for them, the option to make the credential “Administrator” wasn’t there. It’s like it has disappeared … . I am most stumped. There is a new option that says “Exempt Customer,” and mention in the settings of Visible Role Options. Um, I’m assuming I hid the Administrator role option, and I don’t know how I did it! Do you have any ideals about how I could get the Administrator role option back, please? Any help would be greatly appreciated for this matter that I know is my fault somehow … .

Firstly thanks for this great plugin!

I understand how to redirect the user with the addition of the “redirect_to” query – works perfectly.

But my client will generate himself those links in his dashboard. I don’t want to ask him to add “redirect_to…” to his links. Is there a way to automatically add “redirect_to=URL” in the generated link?

Can’t find the file/function where I should add it manually… Thanks for your help!

We use this regularly when we need temporary access to a users site. The process is simple enough that most have no issues sending it over quickly (feedback below), we don’t need to bother keeping a user name or password, and the liability concerns of the user are alleviated knowing it expires.

I do think the process could be easier. Once installed you need to dig a bit to get the first token generated. Since we are sending people directly to use this plugin for the purpose it would be great (Wishful thinking) if after install it immediately showed up with a tour like notice anchored to the “Users” menu where you can either click to start the process or better enter an email, user role & length, generate one and copy link to clipboard in one click.

Otherwise fantastic plugin.

This should be built-in to WordPress core itself

I worked with external resources, then, at times I also needed to grant admin access to plugin vendors. This plugin makes it so much easy instead of having to create a new user account just for a single access. I’m surprised why isn’t this already part of WordPress core?

So far it’s brilliant. As far as I can tell solves a common security issue: getting tech support easy access, and forgetting to turn off their access. I wish WP would fold it in.

The plugin was working, and now it stopped, every time i try to create a temporary password it tells me not a valid email, its the same email ive been using. Please help.
