I really like the plugin. It makes the customer experience much better and easier.
However, one very important template is missing and that is the one for a completed order. This is where the template is sent that is also sent when a customer has placed an order.

Even in the Pro version, I can create a template for this, but I can’t create an e-mail mapping for it, which makes a new template unnecessary.

This is a real shame, as the plugin is otherwise really great.

Hello all,

we have the problem that the template is displayed in the preview, but in the sent mail it is completely missing. So it arrives a mail without style. It seems that the header and footer are missing. The error also occurs with a standard template.

What could be the reason for this? Thanks for your help!

Broken Theme: Template missing in Child Theme 2017 & 2019

I am currently using Astra Theme and my WordPress has notified me to update my broken themes. Following are my broken themes:
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Twenty Nineteen:Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.
Twenty Seventeen:Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

However I only have 2 themes installed currently, Astra (activated one) and Twenty Twenty (Backup theme). Please assist me in removing the Twenty Nineteen and Twenty Seventeen themes completely or in fixing these themes. I even tried removing it from wp-content/themes folder but am unable to do so. I am not a developer and am not familiar with any kind of coding.

Please help me with above issue.

Child Theme install error message

I’ve installed a child theme for twentyseventeen. Followed all the instructions. If I choose the theme I get the message:
“This theme is broken. Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.”
Additionally, when selecting the theme, instead of seeing just the title “twentyseventeen-child” in the select dropdown I see also the contents of the file displayed as follows:

Templates don't display in Multi-admin site

Hi,

We have several of us with admin level clearance, and we are running into a problem that all templates are not accessible on the editor page to those admins who did not create the template.

Scenario: Jack and Mary are both admins of Our Best Work. Jack creates a template, NEWS, and saves it as “public”. Mary goes into editor and opens the template pull down and there is no NEWS template in the list. However, when Jack goes into editor NEWS is in the list.

What are we missing that the public templates are not displaying for everyone?

Hi there,

I’ve attempted to create a child theme to twenty twelve and did everything exactly as written here:

Created a folder at the proper place with the proper name and added style.css and function.php to it with modified style.css header.

Still I get this:
“Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
Twenty Twelve Child Template is missing.”

Could someone please help and advise what is wrong?

Missing theme templates

I seem to have lost the theme templates when I use Add New Page. All the php files are there in the Appearance>Editor.

Also, when I visit my site there is one of the theme pages but when I click on a top menu item I get a 404 page.

I have tried reinstalling the theme, and when reimporting the theme templates I got an error message:

ErrorStatus: error
errorThrown: Internal Server Error
Import is finished.

Any advice welcome.
