I want to change a jpg on about me for my technicalspeech theme but I don’t know how to swap out a file at https://yourappworld.com/blog1/wp-content/themes/technical-speech/images/about_avatar.jpg.

How do I place files throughout the directory?

I guess this would altering the style sheets but I only want to remove the widgets from the forum page not the whole forum. I have searched the forums and the answers dont exactly answer my problem

If you look at the menu item “Discography” you will see where there is only one page link and a lot of blank space. This is how some of my links appear as well.

I’m trying to use WordPress for a professional blog and want to list my publications in the “Links” section. Unfortunately they’re currently sorted alphabetically, which means not by the order in which they were published (i.e. since I’ll add them to the DB as soon as they are published online I want to order them by link_id). My host has limited space so I don’t want to use a plugin. I do some php scripting too, so it bugs me to not know how to do this in the underlying code. I’m using the Technical Speech Theme, in case that’s relevant. My blog is at https://blawg.intellectual-property.it
