Good Plugin with epic support

Im always looking for something different from the usual, found EventPrime and installed it on a friend’s website. Everything works amazingly.
Only crits i have is the site needs to be cusotmised via CSS, which for me is not a bad thing, but for someone less tech savy, its going to add a little stress to it. Maybe an idea for the next upgrade, in the settings area, give the user the ability to select fonts, sizes, colors, border radius, button colors and states.

On the flip side, the tech support i have recieved from EventPrime, has been brilliant, prob some of the best tech support on a plugin i have received in ages.. 10/10 for that.

I appreciate the troubleshooting suggestions I got from this forum recently that helped me to locate the source of a conflict with PHP 8 that had not shown up with earlier PHP versions. (It was in my custom code in my Child Theme that we actually no longer need anyway.) Our retail shop has been using WooCommerce for almost 8 years with a Site Origin theme, and have found that combination to be flexible, stable, and customizable. A big plus is that the non-technical people on staff can easily learn to add, remove, and update product pages.

Hey everyone,

I’m running into a bit of a head-scratcher with my website and could use your expertise. Here’s what I’m working on and could use some help with:

Product Page URL: I need to change the URL from /my-shop/ to /shop/. I previously had a page at /shop/, but I deleted it completely from the backend and even cleared the cache. Despite this, /shop/ is still being used by the old page that should no longer exist, and it’s taking up the slug space. Any ideas on how to get /shop/ freed up and functional again?
Filters: I’m looking to add a price slider (from $0 to $5000) and a dropdown filter for categories, similar to what Tradesmint has. Any tips or suggestions on how to implement these?
Mobile Layout: I’d like to match the mobile image layout to Tradesmint’s style. Right now, the images don’t look quite right compared to theirs. I’m aiming for a similar layout for the images. Any advice on achieving that would be fantastic!
Security: I want to make the site more secure overall. Any general enhancements or best practices for improving security would be great.
Speed: The site feels a bit sluggish, so I’d love to make it run faster. Any tips on optimizing for better performance would be awesome.

I had some initial problems installing and using the Fullscreen Background Plugin, (probably because I didn’t thoroughly read the instructions), but on contacting tech support, Rajiv had the plugin up and running within minutes. He even made several short videos for me on how to use and change the settings of the plugin. And he has checked back with me several times to make sure the Fullscreen Background plugin is working to my satisfaction.

I got my first PC in 1980, before Windows (remember DOS any one?) In over 30 years of tinkering with PCs and networks, I have never run across Tech Support like I received from Rajiv at Enweby.

Being online for more than 25 years in a professional capacity, I understand the value of support. Regardless of how good a product is, without good support it’s not useful in business.

You won’t have ANY trouble with this company or their products. A class act. And when I decided to stop emailing, and autopay took a payment, this company was very understanding and issued a refund upon request, no hesitation. THIS I found highly respectful and frankly, surprising, after all this was MY oversight.

php login error help

WP Cerber blocks my login ever since I upgrated to Php 7.4, which I updated to last week. I got a whole overhaul of the website to update the php, so it could use the php 7.4.

Everything works but I can’t login to WordPress with it. I get this error:

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If I disable WP Cerber, I can login normally.

I followed the directions I found here at https://wpcerber.com/quickhelp/#4

I really wish I could REALL erase all memories of WP Cerber from my computer, but after the eraser, it still rememberd my old settings somehow.

I needed to make updates to a client’s site .htaccess file in order to get everything translating properly on a subdirectory and Jei was able to give me great step by step instructions to get everything working as expected!! Great start to working with this product!
