I needed to import more than a 1000 categories and received an error when trying to import. The screen which says that the website is temporary unavailable.
I first thought that it had to do with the CSV format and I tried several things. Then it occurred to me that even though there was an error some categories were imported.
So the work around is: to go back from the error screen and hit the “import” button again. And repeat this until all records have been imported.
I’m not sure if this was intended, but otherwise I cant get it to import. The maximum seems to be 8 categories at once.
Is there any way to change this? I suddenly shows this way.
]]>If I choose AIOSEO > Search Appearance >Taxonomies > Categories > Show in Search Results > No will that then block Google from indexing all the posts in that category too or JUST the category page?
If it does block everything in the category, would you recommend me manually hiding category pages in Advanced > Exclude Pages / Posts? (Ah, just saw you can’t block categories here. Maybe through Robots.txt then just for the folder like:
Disallow: /categories/categoryname/
Thanks
I’m using the Elementor Taxonomy Filter widget on my “Customer Stories” page. Currently, the category filters are listed in alphabetical order, which is the default behavior of WordPress Posts categories.
However, I’d like to customize this order and display the categories in a specific sequence that I choose. I’ve tried various approaches, but haven’t been successful.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to achieve a custom order for the WordPress Posts categories?
Thanks in advance for your help!
]]>So, there is a Program CPT, which has custom Taxonomies and Custom Fields. One of the taxonomies is Dates (08:00, 09:00 etc.), which, if I add it as a dynamic field in Divi, for example to a Text module, it doesn’t display the values, but rather “62,63”

I use custom taxonomies on a custom post type and have done for almost 2 years. It’s all been lovely and I’ve never had issues. I used them as recently as last Tuesday (6 days ago) and had no problems.
Today – gone! I just created a brand new custom post type and the custom taxonomy items to the right of the editor aren’t there. I tried editing an existing custom post type and it loads but doesn’t display the custom taxonomies on the right, or in the post itself. When I open the custom post type, it renders well as it should (so the data is still there for old items, clearly) The link with this comment shows you a custom post type.
More info:
Custom post type = Eatery
Custom taxonomies = Cuisine, Price range
]]>Because I am adding a search by make model year the data displayed in the filters is quite un-relevant for the users as for example, they select Yamaha as attribute and when they go to model they see all sort of models not only the models which are for Yamaha. I understand why this is happening but I am trying to find a solution if even possible to map the make attribute with models attribute ( I understand that this should be / must be done manually ) by me. Is there a plugin which can help me achieve this or if anyone has any suggestions, recommendations how to approach this problem I will be grateful.
Thanks
