We checked page load times in gtmetrix for our website and one of the reasons for delay is the Js and css files from tawk.to. Could this be addressed?

I have a question/request regarding visibility options

I want to display on all pages, but hide from admin

that arrangement doesn’t seem possible

We’re having a weird bug where ~sometimes~ when our customers are on mobile, if they scroll, the Tawk.to window will appear without the user clicking on the green icon.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Would it be possible for you guys to setup a dummy site and test to figure out what is causing the conflict? Or else I can give admin access to my site where the issue is occurring for you to test.

We are hoping to use Tawk.to for our site so this is a huge let down for us, your service is great.

Is there any way I could add padding to the widget? It’s set to appear in the bottom right of the page, but it’s conflicting with another widget. I’d love to know of a way to add padding to it so I could add a space between the two.
