Hi,

We are using Tawk.to version 0.7.2, it is a cool plugin but we have an issue now

Some missed chats and offiline messages are not notified by email even though we set to receive notifications by email and it used to work before

I checked today that we had some missed and offline messages accessing from desktop that we did not get notified about via email, some get notified by email other do not

Twak.to widget not showing

Suddenly tawk.to widget isn’t appear again in our site, even we try to use javascript widget, the plugin isn’t showing.

We used wp-rocket as cache plugin, but when we deactivated it’s also not working,
when we try through cloudlare apps, tawk.to chat only showing on on wp-admin pages

Non riesco a visualizzare i messaggi degli utenti, ricevo la notifica in diretta se si tratta di un messaggio inviato al momento, ma se devo visualizzare la lista di messaggi e di ticket non appare nulla (nonostante il pallino di notifica mi indichi 43 messaggi)
Cosa posso fare?

Cumulative Layout Shift and tawk

I do not think that this issue has something to do with this plugin, but with Tawk in general (But it can be solved by this plugin)
I noticed in the Chrome dev tools that Tawk is causing a cumulative layout shift when loading the page.
Maybe reserving some space by defining its dimensions would solve this issue ( I am not an expert).

Looking for a plugin to show live visitors on the website

Hi all

I need some help finding a plugin.

I am using TAWK-to which is a live chat plugin and i am really not using the live chat part of the plugin i just use the live visitors screen which shows a live view of people coming to the website and the pages they navigate to useful for me to see where people are looking on the website and allows me to focus marketing around this.

The question i have is tawk.to is quite a performance sapping plugin does anyone have any other plugins that will give me this function of being able to monitor live visitors and see the pages they are navigating to?

I’d like to know how I can stop showing the chat widget on a particular page or pages? There seems to be an option in the official plugin, but I use yours as it helps the website load fast.
