Hello,
I need help with the content on my new page.
My default language is German and I decided to add English. I had all of the content ready for the German side, but it all disappeared when I added English. Now, the English posts have my german content (but ONLY from my elementor pages) and the content on the German page is completely gone and I can’t access Elementor anymore.
On the English pages I am able to add stuff (even with elementor) but on the German site, I can’t add anything.
What am I doing wrong?

**Updated 10/26/2018** Do not like the breaking up of this plugins usability (Free and Paid) to separate extensions downloads particularly import function and also restore from backup. Basically one plugin turned into multiple plugins. WTG to add more bloat to database/files while hampering concise usability. Used to be excellent and highly recommended. Now I am off to looking for a replacement

Old original review -> Used it locally and on server transferring sites with no issues whatsoever. Excellent for backups and restore.

Cannot access blog posts after switching to Squarespace

Hello,

I recently switched my website over from using www.remarpro.com to Squarespace. During the transfer, I forgot to also switch over (or at least screenshot) my old blog posts from WordPress. I use GoDaddy for my domain and I used it to switch over from WordPress to Squarespace. I have tried logging in to my old WordPress admin but it says I do not have an account (or something similar to that).

Does anyone know how I might access my old blog posts? I never deleted my WordPress website, I simply just directed my domain to go to my new Squarespace website.

Switch_to_blog call in Users.php causing issues

The switch_to_blog call in the ‘badgeos_get_network_achievement_types_for_user’ function in the users.php file is causing issues with other plugins, in particular the ThreeWP Broadcast plugin.

There is never a call to restore_current_blog after the blog is switched, rather it switches back by calling switch_to_blog again with the cached blog id, but this is causing others plugins to view the blog as still being switched and preventing them from working.

I can fix the issue by replacing the second switch_to_blog call with a call to restore_current_blog but then I am no longer able to have the badgeos community add on activated, as doing so breaks all admin navigation and redirects all links to one child site.

I would like to be able to continue to use both badgeos and the community add on. Any help is appreciated.

My menu switched from reading left to fight to right to left, any suggestions? My default slider with my rockit theme is not working also? my site is https://www.independentspotlight.net/ When i upload my slider image, the page refreshes and my image displays as a question mark. My wordpress avatar suddenly switched to one of the generic cartoon avatars and I can’t get my original one back. www.remarpro.com shows my avatar correctly but when I login to my blog (simplygoodcooking.com) the avatar is the cartoon.

I’ve opted to remove “author” from my blog posts so readers won’t see it but it shows up along the top menu bar — I want my own avatar back! Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Switched Servers – Speeds Slow and Scheduled Posts Not Publishing

Greetings,

Our site was getting enough traffic that we had to move to a VPS as opposed to a shared option. The host did the move for us and everything appears the same but I have had two major problems since the change 3 days ago.

1) The site speed is slow. Front side is a bit slower but the admin side is painfully slow. Ran a diagnosis on the front end and it’s coming back with a D rating.

2) I live off of scheduling posts. Can’t commit to routinely getting these up. Since the move all scheduled posts have missed their time to publish. I’ll go in and Quick Edit and Publish and they’ll post like nothing went wrong. I’ve tried a few different things (including uninstalling certain plugins and have now just downloaded WP Missed Schedule.

Basically, looking for any advice or suggestions as well as recommended fixes based on experience. URL is https://www.project-nerd.com

The site is at a turning point and traffic is crazy right now, don’t want to mess it up (especially since my hosting is more expensive now).

Posts not sequential

Hi,

Could someone tell me how I can get my posts in sequence?

This was not a problem before I switched of the slider on the home page. After I switched off the slider the sequense of my post turned. It was from newest to oldest, but now it is from oldest to newest.

I can’t figure out what I did wrong. Maybe I need to checkmark something or not, or I need to change my post options.

That thread on re-installing wordpress. I’ve gotten so far as activating the WP-upgrade.php
It seems to be doing something really weird though…
MY website is Pompfiction.com
At one point in time, I uploaded WP to Pompadoodles.Pompfiction.com thus creating a Pompadoodles database apart from my Pompfiction database.
Now that I’ve followed that previous thread’s tutorial on how to re-install wordpress, when I go to log into Pompfiction.com/wp-login.php for some reason it says “Pompadoodles” at the top of the site ._. And It takes forever to load and times out when I try to log in for some reason.

It takes you to “page not found” even the url its trying to go to is correct. The page not found brings up the title Pompadoodles too. What’s going on here?? A mixup of databases? If so, what do I do!?
