Any ideas on how to recover my survey results from SurveyMe plug-in?

I have been using the SurveyMe plugin for a poll, but now cannot access the poll results. The plugin is outdated, replaced by another one that appears also to be unsupported. There is no contact info for the developer, DCoda. If anyone has any ideas for me, I would appreciate it. I think it stopped working when we upgraded to the current version of WordPress.
Hovering over the poll results link shows the link https://…/surveyme//all.csv/ (with the extra / before all.csv) and then shows https://…/surveyme/all.csv/ in the address bar, but just takes me to the user view of the post containing the poll. I cannot see the SurveyMe results, but visitors are still voting. Would upgrading SurveyMe or migrating to ContactMe preserve the survey results? Is there any other way I can see them?

Will upgrading from SurveyMe to ContactMe retain my survey results. At least since upgrading WordPress to the current version, I have not been able to see my SurveyMe results csv.

Hi,

I’ve installed SurveyMe and I’ve noticed a bug.

I wanted to test the error messages when not filling compulsory fields.

My survey has a checkbox group with about 20 choices. This is compulsory.

I did not flag any of them and then submit the survey. The page as expected then showed the red frames for the mandatory fields/options. But all checkboxes are now flagged.

Is there any fix for this? Is this a known issue?

This is a great plugin and works pretty well but for an error that happens. I have a survey with about 20 questions followed by the captcha math and the submit button. When submitted the last question’s answer is missing and instead the result in the eamail reads:

20. Is there anything else you would like to add?:

The 5 is the math result, and the answer to the question is always missing, with that long alphanumeric string in its place. I removed the math captch and tried the recaptcha but i couldn’t get google to generate a key, so i took out the recaptch again. If I have no captcha the answer to the last question is recorded properly.

I need some basic instructions for setting up a survey with SurveyMe.

I have downloaded the plugin. I type in a question. Then I type in Yes and No in the values section of Fields 3 and 4. I have the Mandatory box checked. I go down to Apply, then I place the code on the page. When I go to the page I get a box for name, email, and a submit box but the questions and answers are not there.

What am I missing?

Name and e-mail is set to mandatory and this can not be changed. It would have been fine to also have these fileds configurable to non-mandatory. Often users hesitate to join the survay if they have to give their name or email.
