Hi –

I am currently developing a website for a restaurant. They have a minimum order value for delivery. If someone places an order below this value, then they charge the minimum amount. eg – the minimum order is ￡12 – any order placed below this value is charged at the minimum ￡12.

Is your plugin able to cater for this? It needs to only work if delivery is selected, NOT for collections.

Surcharge for over 22kg not calculated

Tray Commerce changed the Extra Fee to discount

After configuring the Plugin and receiving some payments correctly, Tray Commercer automatically changed my extra fee configured in the Plugin, and applied it as a discount at the time of Payment.
Doubling my loss.
It is important to note that on the store’s cart page, everything was being calculated perfectly, but when opening the bank details in the transparent Checkout for customers to enter card data, the error occurred and customers had the extra fees applied as discounts.

Has anyone been through this or is there a way to fix it?

Hi, I’m looking for a bit of guidance on writing a function as I cant seem to find a plugin which does what I need.

In the Woocommerce cart I’d like to make it so that if that cart value totals under ￡25, then it makes the cart total up to ￡25.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Route Team,

We add through custom code a $3 surcharge to any Route quote the API requests so we make a nice little additional profit whenever someone buys the shipping insurance. Would be great if we could get that just in the backend built-in so that more power-users like ourselves can not only offer your great service, but also make a profit on offering it.

Enable charge over Free Delivery for Areas with Surcharge

Hi there

I would like to see if we could get support over this question.

We have setup the plugin and all is working well with receiving rates etc.

I would like to know, when we have enabled free shipping. Is there a way to enable charging for Areas that have a surplus charge?

For Example:
Orders qualify for free shipping work but are delivered to an area with a surcharge over the normal charge like Concordia in South Africa – it will display that it has a surcharge correctly when selecting the town but then if FREE Delivery is triggered, then the surcharge falls away.

Is there a work around for this?

1. Weightbased Shipping rates (Country wise)
2. Code based surcharge additions(Country wise):
example,

A. Bill Duty/Tax to Shipper (Duty/Tax Forwarding Surcharge)
Code: F/D
Rate per shipment = Rs 730

B. Carbon Neutral
Code: CNS
Rate applied per Package = Rs 35

C. HazMat – Lithium Battery Inaccessible
Code: LTI
Rate is applied per Shipment = Rs 2,632
Plus, Rate is also applied per kg = Rs239
