When I disable the WooCommerce plugin, the lost-password page will be working fine.

We are not-for-profit and our only goal is to inform our audiences and create good quality content, please reinstate our non-commercial license.
I received an answer a while ago from jetpack saying I should follow a step-by-step on the wordpress.com platform to solve the issue. However, I created the website through the hostinger platform, so when I log directly into wordpress.com it says I don’t have a website with them (even though I do, but through Hostinger).
How should I procede?
