Dears I have a website with 2 languages and I am using both languages for this plugin I am just trying to translate the front end values for the ticket below screenshot

Main language: Arabic
2nd Language: English
Multi language plugin: WPML

These values stays the same no matter what language you choose I tried loco translate and WPML strings translation but I didn’t find these values to translate where can I translate it?

After WordPress 5.5 update, the plugin stopped working for our site. The complaint/ticket page shows no data it remains blank even after disabling the caching plugin.

Please resolve the issue.

exporting tickets from supportplus

we are using older version support plus 8.1 and want to move to support candy but updating the plugin wipes out any of customizations and how to transition to support candy and we want to export our tickets which is a need for our client which isn’t available through support plus, the site to download the export tickets extension for support plus is currently unavailable please kindly suggest, i have ticket opened through support candy as wel on site.

Tickets are not opening while we click on any ticket number after login.

After successful login we see ticket list on home page however, if we click on any of one ticket in the list, its not opening.

Please help …..

When clients are submitting tickets, the ticket either hangs or my conditional fields don’t pop up via Ajax?

Through both Internet Explorer and Chrome?

Any reason why?

Very good plugin. But it have major error on its login form. Default suooprt candy login form useless.

I have been using both plugins (SP+ live) and support candy (not live). Support Candy does need some improvements (e.g., better options for fields–similar to Gravity Forms) and the ability to control the CSS from the backend for a non-coder. I can code, so adding CSS is not an issue, but to sell to the layman–this plugin does need minor work and adjustments.

In closing, there is a bug and I have addressed with support Candy. I was told that this bug will be fixed with the next release. The response was fast and professional.
