Cache Preload Stalls On First Post

After a major overhaul of the entire site, I decided to clear the cache and run the preload manually. (I did the same successfully for three other WordPress sites on the same shared hosting server.)

For this particular site, the Preload tab reports caching Posts1, and then seems to stall. The Preload tab doesn’t report new posts being cached, and while the log does fill, it doesn’t seem be doing anything but filling the log.

I have it set to skip taxonomies and GET pages, hoping that might speed up the process.

Is this legit? How can I tell if it’s legit? And how, with WordFence enabled and 2-factor authentication enabled, and strong passwords, did this get into my site?

Cached files seem to corrupt every week

I use preload on WP Supercache.

For some reason, my site seems to brake every week or so. The CSS disappears and the site becomes unusable.

I’ve tried having “Refresh preloaded cache files every?1440 minutes” and still it breaks roughly once a week (or every 5 days). I set garbage collection to once a day also to try and see if that was effecting it.

Also, I use Asset Cleanup to combine javascript and css. it could be something to do with this.. although I’m really not sure.

The page is currently not broken – I’ve just reset the cache, this seems to correct it then I have to preload again.

Any ideas? It’s most annoying as I can never work out exactly when the break is going to happen. Could it be to do with WP-cron?

Any help appreciated.. PS if you need birthday songs, check out the site!

Preload single page

Hi!

What do I need to do to redo the preload (=supercache) of a single page instead of rebuilding the supercache for the entire site?
What php function do I need to use?
Also, why is this not already a feature? Or at least I couldn’t find it anywhere on the wordpress admin panel.

WP Super Cache generating “access_compat:error” entries in error log

Here are a couple examples:

I am seeing probably 100+ entries similar to these ones in my site’s error.log every day. I don’t know enough to understand what is going on here, so I reached out to my host, and they said to reach out to WP Super Cache support about them, as they always involve WP Super Cache’s /cache/supercache/ directory.

Any insight that could be shared about these errors, why they are happening, and what can / should be done about them would be much appreciated!

We setup the plugin and it’s working very well but I have a problem:

My website has these menus:

Home / Company / Services / Products / Contact

If user enter in home it load slow, then when user click in Company menu it also load slow, but now if he click in home menu again it load fast and blink, and if now he enter again in Company page it also blink and load fast !

How to set to all users that access our websites use the cached files? We already preload all pages but how to setup to users in first access already load these cached files?

Plugin should integrate with caching plugins

Currently the plugin does not evict caches. In my case I need to clear wp-supercache and autooptimize caches to get updated js code.

Imho the plugin should detect and integrate with most common caching plugins and evict their caches on settings update automatically.

I’ve tested this plugin and others, including paid ones: litespeed, rocket, hummingbird, wp fastest cache. And WP Super Cache turned out to be the best for my site. A gain in speed of 20-50% and almost always without errors!
