rss setup feed was disabled by administrator

Not sure if somehow I disabled this and if so where I can go to enable, or if I’m just completely missing something. I’ve searched the code, via “view source” and could not find what I think I should be looking for.

I use your form on many of my client’s websites because it is so awesomingly customizable. One of my clients has just asked me if they could have a subscription tick box for Mail Chimp within the form, is this a possibility at all?
New feature if not available at the moment?

Currently have Add to Any: Subsribe button acitvated which puts a button on the home page. However if I provide a link to a new post for facebook etc it directs people just to the particular post and so does not show any subscribe button.

I would like a button at the end of each and every post please
