We created a subscription with 30 day free trial and we get this error when users try to checkout.

I am a freelancer, got your plugin issue while working for my client. my client was installed this plugin then wocommerce subscription stop working. it says “invalid product” while i tried to add to cart.

Please review it.
Your plugin is good one at free of cost but it affect others plugin.

Your plugin waste my 4 hours to detect where the issue. when i install your plugin it says “invalid product” for my all kind subscription products. please check your plugin and install woocommerce subscription to see status.

Unlawful plugin’s behaviour by design

I downloaded your plugin only few weeks ago as the main Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin is simply useless and doesn’t work.

On the checkout page I have the Opt In Box ticked. So if the customer removes the tick, it means they don’t wish to subscribe.

And yet, when I checked my Mailchimp list I saw that several customers who did NOT wish to subscribe (unticked the box) have still been added to my Mailchimp list!!

This is wrong on two levels:

1. It is a breach of privacy as it adds customers to my Mailchimp list against their wish and without consent. As such, it is UNLAWFUL.

2. It creates a list of “non-subscribed audience” in my Mailchimp account which I don’t need, don’t want and can’t do anything with it, as Mailchimp will not allow me to send any promotional emails to those people even if I wanted to.

Please explain ASAP this behaviour of your plugin and advise how to fix it. If you don’t have a fix, I strongly suggest that you develop it ASAP.

I cannot and do not want to add to my Mailchinp list customers who do not wish to be added.

Double opt-in and Unsubscribe not working

On a dev site, I’ve installed the most recent version of the plugin (4.0.2), and have set it for double opt-in. When I enter an email address in the subscribe field, the welcome message is sent out, with a link to confirm the subscription in the message. The email address appears in the Audience list as subscribed, and a new post published generates a notification to the address even before the confirmation link is clicked. After the confirmation link is clicked, the appropriate welcome message is displayed and welcome email sent out, with an unsubscribe link included.

When the unsubscribe link is clicked, the appropriate ‘your unsubscribed’ message is displayed, and the email address shows in the Audience list as unsubscribed. But posts published after that still generate notification emails to the email address.

So, neither the double opt-in nor the unsubscribe functions appear to be working.

User Susbcription dont show anything, but works

When user clicks on subscribe, nothing happens.
But the user is well added on the list (or the confirmation message is well sent if configured)

There is not javascript error, so I am stuck.
