Only seeing subscribed list

Hi, I used to be able to see the whole list of subscribers including the “Mail Sent”. Now I only see “Subscribed”. So the list “All” has the same number of subscribers as “Subscribed” since it’s the only ones I can see.
Is this a change that I missed? I honestly don’t know when this happened but it was before the lastest version update 5.4.2. You can see a screenshot in the link.

Do I need to approve all subscriptions as I received a request this morning?
Is there a place where I can see the subscribers to comments?

The all subscribers list is not showing items and not sending mails

Since the last update the subscribers list is not showing any items. When updating stock the mails are not sent anymore as well.

I wonder if there is a way to recover the subscriber list for those who signed in before I linked the Mailchimp account to the plug-in?

Do you think I can find somewhere in the database those names?
Or have they never been registered?

Im looking to extract the list of subscribers from the WordPress database. What table is the subscribers list kept in?
We are having issues with the mailpoet software whereby the database has grown exponentially and the site is at a crawling standstill. We need to extract the user database and perhaps reinstall the software. We cannot login and get into Worpress admin takes forever and keeps timing out.
Can you tell me where the subscribers’ list is kept?

I’ve never been able to see the names/emails of people that have subscribed to my blog. The “subscribe here” box on the page stated “join over 1500 readers that have subscribed” but I find that hard to believe. Not sure how that number was generated. The subscribe box also disappeared one day (likely with a WP update). I’m switching platforms and want to export the blog subscribers to my new blog.

Any suggestions on how to locate the list?

Hello there,

Thanks for a great plugin which I absolutely love. I have successfully created the page I want but my subscribers emails are not being saved. I have tried subscribing with my own email but it doesn’t appear when I go to the subscribers option in back end so I cannot see a list of subscribers.

I have asked friends to try and all still the same thing despite the fact that a confirmation message is received when we click submit. Nothing appears in back end for me. Please help. Thanks

Contacts not being added to Subscriber List

Dear Michael,
We have installed and configured your plugin on our wordpress site for a simple subscribe to newsletter form which takes three fields – first name, last name and email address and is supposed to add it to a specific subscriber list on CC.

The plugin has been set up correctly (verified by support at CC) and it is pulling all the lists from CC in the control panel. We have specified the list that we want the emails dropped to but for some reason the list is not receiving the contacts

Both the spots were checked, Opt-in is checked in the form, as well as we confirmed that the wp-cron is working.

But even then we are facing same problem the subscriptions were not adding into the list.

Looking forward to the earliest resolution on the same. Thank you in advance.

Hello there,
I have the pro version installed and everything working just fine, except that I can’t access to the subscribers lists. I am getting an HTTP 500 error.

Don’t have a clue about how long things are like this, since I send the newsletter weekly but haven’t been adding subscribers for almost two weeks now.
Now that I needed to I can’t get access.

I’ve already erased and replaced both pro and regular plugins through FTP but nothing changed.
The plugin error log stopped registering anything on the 31 of December.

Have you got any idea of what it may be and what can I do?
