2FA on Subscriber-level role?

Hi,

I’m using this 2FA plugin to enable the 2FA feature for “Subscriber”-role users, this is non negotiable since the custom features on our site only for subscriber-role users.

Here’s the problem that I’m having: Whenever the Subscriber-role users trying to setup the 2FA (after they first log-in the’re prompted to set up the 2FA). However, when the user click on the “Configure 2FA Now”, they are redirected to the WooCommerce’s My Account page.

now, what i’m suspecting is here: I think the problem is caused by the 2FA needs to be set up via the wp-admin (because when i copy the link on the “Configure 2FA Now” is like this: “https://site.link/wp-admin/profile.php?show=wp-2fa-setup”

Is it possible to setup the 2FA for the Subscriber role? Am i Missing something on the setup wizard? how can i fix this problem? Thanks

I want to use your plugin but I need a special function.

Is there any way to automatically add registered WordPress users to subsribers list? I have users with Subscriber role and I want to have them on subscribers list of your plugin. Also there is a need to automatically adding user to this list while during adding user to database register proccess of WordPress.

My Calendar plugin: Add Event appears on WordPress Menu Bar in Subscriber Role

When a Subscriber (role) logs in to the website, on the right side of the WordPress Menu Bar is the usual Howdy, UserName dropdown w link to User Profile etc. However on the left side of that same Menu Bar are icon links to About WordPress, Dashboard, BPE Residents Association(website name and not a link), and ADD EVENT. If the subscriber selects ADD EVENT link, the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

So no harm is done but I don’t know why this is appearing on the menu bar all of a sudden. Can someone please give me an idea where this is coming from and how to fix it.

Giving Administer role to every subscriber

On my Xampp server, Ultimate Member plugin is giving subscriber role to every subscriber. However, on my hosted account, it is giving administer role to everyone who is subscribing by create an account. Why this is happening and how can I fix this? Please help.

i have activated facebook, gmail and instagram social login, but all the customers are saved as a SUBSCRIBE role, why nt as a customer.

i am using woocommerce for my online shopping.
also, once they are registered, customers G+ or FacebookID or InstagramID are not stored on there profile.

Hi all,

The plugin is great, does pretty much exactly what I need but I do have one small issue. I’ve created a new role for my import but and I just tick this, all the default roles are unticked. However when my users are imported they have both the new role and ‘subscriber’ – is this supposed to happen? How can I get my new users just to have the new role only?

Subscriber role allowed to reorder within dashboard

Hi there,

Fantastic plugin!. I’ve also posted on your website’s contact form but I thought I might post here on the forum for other peoples benefit within the community.

I’ve just noticed that the subscriber role is allowed to reorder posts when they access the dashboard. We don’t want to allow them to be able to do this. Is there a way to prevent this from happening within the plugin or is it possible to write a custom hook/filter to limit the ability to Editor roles and up?

Subscribers/Users not appearing in user center

I made two new users, first I made them subscriber and then administrator, but that doesnt help to appear in your User center.

I loggedin again, refresh the website, i am not sure cache problem but not showing up in your user center to assign the role.

Please help.

Testing this plugin out I have it set up for those who register through this plugin to be assigned the Subscriber Role. However on testing it, it is giving users the Customer role. I would like to separate these two roles so I know who is has a customer role and who has subscribed. Anything I can do?
