Unfortunately the style definitely does NOT load correctly. What do I do?
]]>Since OpeanExtra tried to automatically install a newer version (2.2.6.) our website isn’t functioning anymore.
I went to the recovery mode and saw, that Ocean Extra had trouble updating and it gave me the following error code:

Can anyone please help? Most of the solutions include deactivating the plugin to fix the problem, but the plug in is the theme of our website. So if i deactivate it, the whole website is gone. (just white screen)
I updated, every other plug in and wordpress to the newest version.
In addition, when we deleted all the CSS from the style sheet, the site style remained as it was before ie removing the CSS did not alter the styling at all. It’s just as though the CSS is deeply embedded and cant be removed.
I hope I have described the issue adequately and would ask for any comments and suggestions as to why this should happen. And if the adice given about putting the Additional CSS in the main style sheet was valid
I’m building a website for my healthcare institute. It’s an institute for people with mobility issues due to brain damage.
I would to change the font for the page title in the upper left corner.
Can somebody please tell me which CSS I must edit?
Thanks in advance!
Take care
Regards Paul
]]>I’ve been trying to customise the Cart remove button – it’s currently an X with a border (circle).
I’ve tired to add custom CSS to Elementor on the [CART-FLOWS] element, tried to add custom CSS through OceanWP (Appearance > Custom CSS), and then I’ve tried to edit my child theme custom CSS through my theme panel, but it doesn’t seem to reflect anywhere either.
Any ideas? Not sure why it’s not reflecting.
]]>I created a child theme as I have a fair number of css changes and prefer them to be in a style-sheet. Got it all working perfectly. But then one day certain parts of the css to do with woocommerce cart were not working. Checked my style-sheet which was correct. Uploaded it again and it once again worked. Dismissed it thinking it was me.
But then it happened again. Uploaded css file again and all was good again.
Now, after updating Kadence parent yesterday, the css to do with the product options default colour is not working. My site colour default is white as I have a black background, the default option (Choose Options) is white (so invisible) until you click on it, so my css changes it to black but that bit is not working.
I uploaded style-sheet again but this time it didn’t rectify the problem.
If I put the code into Customise > Additional CSS it works so I know the code is correct; besides which it WAS working.
It is only that part of the style-sheet that is not working, the rest is.
]]>Can you tell me which line or statement in the style sheet is the one I need to use? I found body background (line 96 and 97) but that didn’t change anything when I edited it.
If you don’t mind a second question, the slider doesn’t auto rotate images. Anything I missed?
If you wish to view the under-construction WP site (the live site is still up) please edit your local hosts file to point domain easternsalt.com to the IP 66.96.144.190
Thank you!
]]>!important
from the CSS in your plugin? I want to customise the styling and this interfers with the process.
If you want to ensure your plugin’s CSS is better adhered to, just use a parent class or classes so it will work with most themes. You’ve already done this, so just taking out !important
will do the trick.
Thanks,
Noah
