Scans not completing, various errors and stuck points

I’m having problems getting scans to complete on a few sites. Different problems/errors at different times. They’re set up just like other sites that are working (on the same hosting account), so I’m not sure what’s going on. (I updated the sites today, updating plugins, WP core files, and theme, so everything’s current.)

One problem when I run the scan shows it repeating a line that starts with:

This is happening sometimes, too (even after I disabled all plugins on one site):

It was also just freezing on a file (no errors, not looping on a single file over and over, it just stopped), and I saw this a bunch of times:

I’ve tried a variety of things, but nothing’s helped yet. (For example, I tried excluding BackWPup backup files and thought that worked, but then it stopped working again. I tried deactivating BackWPup when I thought it was failing on those files, still no good.)

I just tried rolling back to 7.11.7 in case the update cause a problem, but that didn’t help.

Any direction you can provide on this greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Stuck ar crawling

Hello!

First of all – great plugin. I tried it out on a smaller site and everything was working perfectly.

Now I have a problem with different site. I tried running the build process but it always gets stuck on like 95-98%. With each run I excluded some pages/paths that were generating errors. Now I’m down to 0 errors but the problem persists. After I run Build, the progress seems to be stuck on “crawling” at 95-98%. I’ve waited for an hour, but the progress is still the same. Even the numbers stays the same 21,792?/ ~22,515

Since there are no errors in the logs I have no idea on how to pinpoint the cause of this. There are also no errors in console. I see ajax requests being made and they all seem fine, just returning the same thing over and over again.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

I have it installed on a site with >500k users. The indexing seems to get so far but then fails and stops progressing.

Resetting it to “immediately, then daily” doesn’t re-trigger the indexing. The only way to get it to restart is to deactivate/reactivate, but then it starts from the beginning again and fails at a random point.

The site has WP CRON disabled and is running a server CRON every 60s. There’s no object caching installed.

Any ideas?

Feed not processing (stuck at 0%)

I’ve been using your plugin across several websites for quite some time now, but I’m encountering an issue for the first time.

I typically maintain a light active feed of 89 products on this WooCommerce website. However, for the past few days, the feed file has been inaccessible locally, resulting in a 404 error on the XML file URL – and it results impossible to manually refresh it.

Here’s what I’ve already checked and done:

WordPress debug logs show no related errors.
WooCommerce logs do not indicate any issues. I’ve also increased the PHP limit as a precaution.
Initially, server memory was low, but I’ve increased it, and it’s now under 2% usage.
According to your plugin’s System Check page, wp-cron is enabled, and all necessary folders are accessible.

Could you please assist further with this issue? Any additional information you need from my side would be greatly appreciated.

Issues with displaying preview of larger documents

Hi there,

I’m the owner of an educational WP blog where i hosted several thousands posts, and many of them contains embedded documents (mostly word and pdfs). I use Embed Any Document plugin to embed documents, and to provide preview option and option to download documents. Sometimes we are facing issues with displaying preview of larger documents (documents with 10 or 20 word pages) like this one https://zelenaucionica.com/citanje-i-pisanje-brojeva-do-milion/. Even when user click to Open in new tab option document get stuck (not opened). The only option is to reload the page but we cannot ask our users to do so, and the issues significantly impact our reputation. We hosted our blog on powerful VPS so resources are not issue in this case. We considered to buy Plus version of the plugin but we see in the preview Page of the Plus version you have the same issue with loading sample PDF.

Can you please advise how we can overcome this issue with slow and stuck preview.

I contacted IONOS and they removed ANY restrictions for file upload.

FILE UPLOAD and it stops at various times. 1.6%, 2.8 %

Can you help?
