All data is entered correctly, test mode is off, but only the built-in payment methods are appearing. I’ve disabled the cache completely and tested with other themes (such as Twenty Twenty-Four), but still no luck.
Please help me enable these payment methods in the store.
The plugin is updated to the latest version.
]]>This issue only seems to happen for me when the payment screen is refreshed. I.e., if I open a new window, go to my site and add a test product to my cart, continue to the payment screen, I can enter my credit card info. If, however, I leave the payment screen and return to it (back key, clicking on checkout …etc) they are unresponsive. I CAN however still click on the card number box and select a saved card in my chrome browser. I CANNOT then click on the CVC code to enter that, so I suppose that’s not a huge help.
Now for the weird part. If I refresh the screen again, there seems to be a 50/50 chance that I will be able to type in the text fields. It seems pretty random but eventually works.
This does NOT seem to be theme related as I had the same issue when I originally set it up in the normal storefront theme. I have also encountered the same issue when shopping on a few different sites that use woo along with the stripe payment gateway.
Perhaps someone has found a fix for this and I missed the suggestion? I’d appreciate some help as this is my primary payment method and it looks extremely unprofessional when someone tries to check out but can’t even type in their info.
Thanks!

]]>I am using this amazing plugin by woocommerce on my store. I have integrated Stripe, G-pay, Apple-pay, After Pay and Link by stripe payment methods on my website by using this amazing plugin.
I am also trying to use the Zip payment method along with all these methods and I also have enabled it from the Stripe dashboard. Now, this payment method is listed in eligible payment methods of Stripe but still I am unable to use it on my website. How can I integrate zip on my website?
Looking forward to your response and support.
Thank You!
Is there a way to fix this?

Can you help me fix this please?
I have installed your plugin and set it up and chosen Stripe option for Gateway.
Can we somehow change the order of the fields in this screen that the customer completes ?
Currently order is Card number, then CVV then Customer Name then Expiry date.
My client prefers the CVV to be the last field and NOT the 2nd field to be completed?
Usually the order would be Card Number then Customer Name then Expiry date then CVV …
How can I change this ?
Also as we are linking to Stripe payment gateway through your plugin, Stripe is adding the owner’s mobile number on the Stripe statement, can you advise with this or do I have to contact Stripe directly ?
Also is there an option somewhere to include Stripe fees for the person making the donation to pay the relevant fee attached to Stripe also ?
Is that an option somewhere that I have missed ?\
Thanks

Hello, i have a problem with stripe payment gateway. When i first created my website and my store using woocommerce and for the payments i integrated it with stripe payment gateway and the test mode at least was working perfectly but i didnt rush to check whether the live mode was working.
Now that i feel ready with the site i started trying the live mode and it didnt work so i checked the test mode and it didnt work either. Every attempt i make the same message appears on top of the screen:
“Sorry, we are unable to process your payment at this time. Please retry later.”
I contacted with the stripe support they were very helpful but still they said what ever the problem was it wasnt their fault.
I read all the topics on the woocommerce forum and all the similar error messages seemed to be because of a conflict between plugins and their updates. However if there is a faster way to solve the problem than waiting for a new update that solves the problem it would be great.
Please help me it is urgent!
