Als ik ingelogd ben met het account dan zie ik de website in correcte staat en staat alles goed. (ik probeer afbeeldingen toe te voegen maar dat lukt niet)

Andere zien een lege website, alsof de storefront niet opgeslagen is(uiteraard wel gebeurd en ook gepubliceerd). Heeft iemand een idee hoe dit kan gebeuren en wat de oplossing is?

Woolentor recently viewed products doesn’t work if a user isn’t logged in. I mean, it gathers the data and store it in the cookie, but viewed products doesn’t show. Once the user that saw products from logged out, logs in, he can see the recently viewed products. Is there a way to make it show even if the user doesn’t log in? I already tried to switch theme from OceanWP to Store Front and deactivate other plugins, but the issue is still there.

I can see through the inspect element that the cookie is working, but if the user is not logged in it won’t show the products that he saw. I already tried switching theme from OceanWP to Store Front but the issue is still there. I also tried to disactivate cache plugins and clean the server cache. Does the Woolentor widget include that function? I mean to show recently seen products to a not logged-in user. If yes, how can I activate it?

When selecting options for one of my variable products the button is greyed out and i get message Please “select some product options before adding this product to your cart.”

Single items work fine.

I have tried disabling all plugins

This happens on Chrome, edge, firefox and opera – if you use the Brave browser all is fine and works as expected.

If i swap to another theme like twenty21, neve, OceanWP it works fine?

Any one seen this issue before, if you search this has been a problem in the past but no real solution as far as i can see.

Adding product categories to my store front

Hi Folks,
I had my website professionally built and now I am learning how to add, amend etc. myself
My current conundrum is how to add a new product category and an amended one to my store front.
I went into ‘add category’ and added the ‘vintage category’ and I amended what was ”spring category’ into ‘nautical category’ quite easily.
However. on my store front, my newly amended nautical is still showing as ‘spring’ and vintage isn’t there.
I some how ended up (on the store front) just below the search bar with ‘products’ and 3 of my different categories. This was not quite what I wanted to achieve.
I hope that this question makes sense?

The images on my store are distorted, elongated, and don’t look good. My initial tests seem to indicate that it’s the theme itself causing it. However, after playing around with the CSS, it may be WC itself. I’m baffled. Because I’m not sure where the problem lies: theme or plugin, I’m posting in both.

Hestia vs Woocommerce: Theme distorts images

Versions Used —
Wordpress: 4.9.4
Hestia: 1.1.66
Woocommerce: 3.3.3

It seems that Hestia (free, not pro) is distorting images in my Woocommerce store. On the storefront it’s displaying images in a distorted portrait style. On category pages it’s displaying the images so that they get progressively larger.

I tested this by switching themes, making no other changes. I used Twenty Seventeen to test it. Here are the results

Again, the only difference between the two is the theme used. Everything else regarding store settings and plugins stayed the same. This tells me it’s something with Hestia, not likely Woocommerce.

I want the images to display in their default ratio (whether 16:9, 1:1; 13:2 or whatever), but with a max height and/or width (so they aren’t giant images). Is custom CSS the only option for me?

Product Page UL Bullet Points

Hello there,

I’ve just switched my site over to WooCommerce’s Storefront from a custom Twenty12 theme. Everything is great, however on WooCommerce product pages bullet points appear on almost every item.
It seems these bullets are associated with all unordered list items, including the main menu, news posts in the side bar, and ul’s the product descriptions.

I’d like to remove these bullet points as they are not found anywhere outside of product pages and they alter the look of the theme. The header nearly doubles in size to accommodate the longer menu caused by these bullet points.

I have our site reverted back to the old Twenty12 custom theme when I am not working on the move-over. If the above link is unavailable I will provide screenshots.
