Plugin shortcode (in Divi theme) not showing form

We installed woocommerce-product-stock-alert plugin and added the shortcode as per your documentation into our Divi Builder theme for all product pages, however the form is not showing up on the product page when the product is out of stock. It should display underneath where it says the product is out of stock.

We have ticked the enable options in the plugin settings, and we have the option in woocommerce to display out of stock items. Your documentation says that the plugin works with all themes. We don’t have any caching on the site, and have checked in multiple browsers in incognito etc with flushed browser cache.

Please assist in the resolution of this.

No utilizo plantillas predefinidas. He instalado Waiting List y configurado, pero ?para introducirlo en las plantillas personalizadas como puedo hacerlo? No aparece ningún Shortcode, ni ningún widget y no lo hace solo. De hecho, ?Debería aparecer una sección en cada ficha editadle de producto? No aparece tampoco. ?Alguien puede ayudarme?

Hello,
First of all, thank you for this simple and well-made plugin.
I have a special request that is not really a support question.
For a website I need to hide this form for products that are out of stock but that will never be in stock again (discontinued products).
The discontinued info is stored in a custom field (ACF).
Is there a hook that I can write in my functions.php file to unset the form if certain conditions are met?

Alerts don’t fire when updating QTY via API

This plugin works only when we update QTYs manually, however the shop is synced via the WooCommerce API for QTY updates so the alerts never fire when they update from 0 via the API.

Will this be supported in a future release? Or perhaps I’ve missed something?
