Server-Side Processing Search Functionality

Hello there,

I am looking for some help in relation to the search functionality within a WpDataTable while the server side processing functionality is enabled. I am aware that the server-side processing is activated when a table is pass a certain amount of rows, which is the case in this scenario. I read elsewhere that you should simplify the query as much as possible so that the dynamic creation of the new queries is not affected. We are pulling from a SQL server with a view via this query:

SELECT * FROM XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.dbo.vccAdapterLog

The search functionality was operating fine before the table got to such a size that the server-side processing was triggered, and now there are no matching records being returned in the table when a search is attempted. Is there something on the server side that needs to be configured in order to allow for server-side processing, or a setting within WpDataTables that would need to be configured differently for this? Any help in relation to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am running WordPress with a SQL Server database (Project Nami). Most plugins work, but I am having a problem with Ninja Forms. I added a Contact Form, then I added a success message action and published the form. BUT, the form is not saved.

I created a Ninja Contact form on a different instance and exported it. When I tried to import it on the Project Nami instance, I got the following error message:
Failed to insert new form.

My understanding is that this may be caused by not 100% adhering to the WordPress DB API.

Please advise.

The error crashed the Plugin forms, so I delete the wpforms directory.

I purchased this plugin to work on an enterprise wordpress instance using SQLServer database. I found out too late that it’s not compatible. It should be in the description somewhere that it’s not compatible. I suppose if I read the reviews previously I would have known.

Anyway I was looking for a refund and the guy has a no refund policy so just be careful if you decide to purchase this plugin.

i’d like install wordpress with sqlserver. i have install php driver for sql server and sql server 2012. IIS 8 with server 2012.

1 step ok. i select database name, user db, pass db, etc but 2 step i have error page

why? what i can resolve this? i have downloaded wp-db-abstraction

Hi,
I wanted to transfer my localhost site to a shared server at Hostgator. The connection test failed because of server version.
localhost: 5.6.16
Hostgator: 5.5.xx

Hostgator support told me “Sorry, there is nothing you can do”.

Is there a solution to my problem?

I have successfully installed “Cimy User Extra Fields” plugin in my Linux WordPress 4.4.1 using Apache & MySql but I am getting problem to install the same in client server WP which is setup in Windows environment with IIS and MSSQL database.

Does “Cimy User Extra Fields” supports MS-SQL database?

Install WP on Server 2012 and SQL 2014

Anyone have any experience installing Word Press internally at their company on Server 2012 and using a SQL Server? It seems to not be as seamless as Microsoft makes you believe. There isn’t any information anywhere on this process. There are a few articles with server 2008, but they haven’t really been helpful when trying to set it up on 2012.
