I have a search box and need the search results page to be excluded from Google.
How do I do this please?
I also have Yoast seo plugin.
Thanks
]]>I’m seeing lots of entries with URLs such as these from Google, Baidu, Yahoo and others. I’ve never seen these before and not sure where they’re coming from. If I enter them in a browser it just goes to the main blog page.
/blog/?page_number_0=2&page_number_2=2
/blog/?page_number_16=2&page_number_12=2
/blog/?page_number_16=2&page_number_11=2&page_number_4=2
Some of them have two levels of page_number, some have three.
Any ideas on where these URLs coming from and how do I prevent them from being indexed?
I do have XML Sitemap Generator for WordPress 4.0.8 installed and looking in the site map the normal nice permalinks are listed.
My bandwidth usage chart shows this spike started a couple of days ago. I haven’t made any changes to the site since then.

Pulls a few hundred pages in let’s say 5 seconds. No fun for statistics.
NewStatPress counts 0 = zero.
But high scores of common visitors.
Do I have to change something in a sort of settings ?

]]>I am having a difficulty…
I have set my front page to be the blog page although I need to know if the front page still uses a different php file than the page php?
I ask because I am having problems with the root url (calistheniccomrades.com) and the page url: (calistheniccomrades.com/blog) living 2 seperate lives.
Facebook will see and “fetch” more from “/blog” but nothing from the root url.
I just released the website, maybe I need to wait until spiders/robots fetch the information or I just need to change some settings?
/blog has a featured image and is set as the root url as well so I am confused on what is happening and if there are php files and if so, how do I control the featured image of the root url?

I am wondering concerning facebook as I post links at the moment but the wrong or no images are being taken from the site in which I have set featured images?
Anyone know the details of this?

]]>If you make a mistake and set browser cache (html) longer than 1800 or 3600 seconds. Lets say you set it for 7 days or something dumb.
Will spiders coming to your site continue to see the old (cached) content?
I think the answer is yes but just wasnt sure…
Thanks…
