Spam post showing in my wp site

I’m using wordfence free version. Recently I noticed an unwanted post(ad) appearing in my blog posts. But this post does not belong to my website. I can’t see this post when I’m in wp-admin mode. Only visitors can see this unwanted post. There is no sign of this post in my wp-admin mode. Affected page screenshot:

Steps I have taken below mentioned.
– Deactivated all plugins
– Installed wordpress default theme
Still unwanted post appearing in my blog. Please help me. What should I do now?

Unwanted Posts and Categories – please help!

Dear All.

I noticed, that recently on my website appeared some strange posts and categories, that I have never added. There are like 12 posts every week, that are normally visible on the front page – I don`t know what to do about that, so now my fight is just removing these posts.

Ghost posts (drafts) appearing on my blog

I little while ago I noticed that draft posts started appearing on my blog as well as new categories which had started to make a real mess of my home page menus.

I deleted the posts and the categories and changed my admin password.

A few days later more posts and categories appeared so I deleted them all, then disabled all rights for the admin account and created a new account with admin privileges.

A few days later, same thing again. This time I deleted ALL 1800 subscriber accounts and the admin account leaving just the new account with admin privileges I had created a few days earlier.

Today.. same thing.. more new draft posts and new categories!!! WTF?

I have been reading through the forums and found a few similar issues but no real answers. Someone mentioned it might be a plugin causing this. Does anyone know of a rouge plugin that does this. I have fairly standard and widely used plugins on my www.medellinblog.com site.

Anybody else having this issue, or resolved it? Help!

When I logged into my dashboard tonight, there were two pending posts by some user I have never seen before and is not authorized on my site. I immediately changed my password, but I have no idea how they got there. What should I do?
I deleted them and did not open them.

getting blank page when spamming a blog request

I am responsible for accepting, deleting or spamming blog posts for our blog.

All of a sudden when I go in and accept, delete or spam a post it goes to a blank page in Firefox. If I try it in IE it goes to a page cannot be found.

Any ideas?
