Authorisation Value Different to Checkout Value

Hi there,

When I tried to checkout with the debit/credit card option in the plugin it was declined twice on sms verification, the GBP value it was authorising was different to the checkout value. This happened twice. Can you tell me what the issue is for this, and how to resolve?

Mobile checkout instead of email: any ideas?

Hey everyone!
Need a quick assist here – A client wants to shift from email to mobile phone checkouts. The idea is to replace the email field with a mobile number, using SMS for verification. I’ve looked at WooCommerce docs and haven’t found an easy solution.
Has anyone done this before or knows a plugin that might help?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Troubles from android OS mobiles

Hello,

I use your plugin with WPForms plugin. It works like a charm when I go to website with PC/desktop/Any browser.

But from time to time the plugin does not work from android OS mobile phones. As you can see in this video below, the code is already received, but when I entered this code and pressed the button Verify OTP, the verification process starts but does not end.

This does not always happen, but it does happen from time to time and causes great inconvenience to my customer. Any solution?

I didn’t find it in Common Messages/Email Messages.

SMS Verification issue

I am having an issue with the SMS Verification Service.
the form for verification code is not appearing and no sms is sent to verify the phone number , i have the sms service (Twilio) and it’s working perfectly with the reservation confirmation, but not with verifications.
please help .

We have Unifonic third party sms gateway account now can you please guide me that how can integrate it with your plugin. I have try from my end but sms gateway is not working so it’s good if you reply with all possible exact example with api configuration.

Ho acquistato la versione Pro a 19$ (con Gateway Personalizzato) più il supporto a 99$. Devo dire soldi ben spesi.

Il Plugin è eccezionale, non ho trovato un plugin al pari di questo.

Mentre il supporto è fantastico! Non ho mai visto un supporto rispondere così velocemente alle richieste, le risposte variavano dai 2 minuti al massimo a 2 di ore. Inoltre sono stati davvero cortesi e professionali.

Mi hanno aiutato ad integrare un Gateway SMS, dopo averne provati 3.

Che dire, continuate così.
