At least could you indicate the php/CSS page to change the code of the gallery display for smartphone?

Note : I do not speak of the featured image display, but only of the photos gallery.

When users reply to an existing comment using the standard, out-of-the-box WordPress Comments system, the box appears either all black or all white, depending on the theme setting of the plugin. I don’t see it when using my Windows laptop, but I do see it on my and my wife’s Google Pixel smartphones. Doesn’t matter if we’re logged in, cookieless, cache-cleared– it appears that the common denominator is smartphone (and not simulated smartphone).

I’ve created a nice popup form with a background which displays well on the desktop format. But on the smartphone it doesn’t display the background image – just the text. So, insteated of seeing the background image it’s just text of the pop-up form directly overlaid on the text of the webpage below. UGLY!

I have the problem that it doesn’t look good on a smartphone. I always want the title (= the color) first and then an image with the text below it. It looks good on desktop, but not on smartphones. I don’t know if it’s possible to do the formatting differently for both devices?
Or if there is possibly an other solution for this issue?

I have created some maps, with custom icons and some controls (fullscreen, geosearch..), and I see them correctly on my page (I show them inside a Lightbox).

I would like to know how can I show the maps for smartphones, because now I don’t have a Responsive Design.

The problem is solved if I use another caching plugin.
Since my providere has LiteSpeedCache implemented in the server I wanted to keep it and try to figure out how to solve it.
(I tried different configurations)

Show a specific menu page depending on desktop or Android environment

On my main webpage, a picture is shown and a

button to open the menu-page.

The “menu.htm” page is build in HTML as a

with 4 columns. Because this menu-page does not fit wishful at smartphone Android, I have created also another page called “smartmenu.htm” where I have re-orderd the different menu options in a

with 1 column. So the second menu-page called “smartmenu” is build in HTML as

with just 1 column. To open this menu-page I have a button at the main page.

My question is: I want to have only ONE button called MENU, which will open (1) “menu.htm” if current user is a desktop/laptop computer or (2) open “smartmenu.htm” in case of using a smartphone. To open this smartmenu-page I have another button at the main page.

I guess the solution for my problem has to be some php-coding to decide the correct switch to page “menu.htm” or “smartmenu.htm”, depending on Desktop/Laptop use versus Smartphone use.
