I keep getting this message

Page cache enhances the speed and performance of your site by saving and serving static pages instead of calling for a page every time a user visits.
Page cache is detected by looking for an active page cache plugin as well as making three requests to the homepage and looking for one or more of the following HTTP client caching response headers:cache-control, expires, age, last-modified, etag, x-cache-enabled, x-cache-disabled, x-srcache-store-status, x-srcache-fetch-status.
I’ve tried a few different cache plugins and at first my site health is good, then within minutes it has this message again. Please help I’m a total novice at this and have no idea what to do.

]]>A great plugin. For me, at the moment, too many options but I will learn it.
The only thing that I would like to achieve is that all the tags we used before become links in the posts automatically.
Now exactly the option AUTOLINKS in the Features tab does that for me but when enabled my website is terribly slow and my Navigation menu in de header is somehow messed up.
I have the options disabled now and for the rest all settings are default. Now the site is fast and no problems with the navigation menus but no underlined tags in the posts.
I am learning about building websites while I am doing it. In other words: still a noob.
What is my next step to achieve what I want before I buy this plugin?

My problem is, when i use custom permalinks, website slows down, take up to 30 seconds to load fully. Website even throws database connection error on random times. When i revert back to default, website speed gets back to normal. This is the first time i have ever encontered a problem like this. Website runs on a Windows hosting with a current PHP version. But i don’t think Windows server might be the problem.
If it helps, i would like to let you know people, i migrate my website from another domain, which runs on the same server, but i got no problem with updating permalinks there at all.
]]>I ran some online site tests for my site to see how fast/slow it was. I did also do Page Speed insights. Scores were low so I looked things up. I got WP Rocket and image optimization plugins.
I redid the test after and it scored really high on these tests sites but to me it feels still slow, mainly when you go to the shop and want to put things in your cart. Then the cart and checkout steps seem really slow.
Im not sure what else to do.
The backend of the site also is pretty slow when Im working on it, not sure if thats normal.
Im not very savvy with this stuff, Im just making it work as I can slowly, but it feels really slow to be able to checkout and i feel that will cost me customers.
Any insights and help is very appreciated.

I also tried to install some plugins that make the site fast but I don’t know
– I have deactived EVERY plugin on my site – EXCEPT woocommerce and woocommerce payments.
– Changed themes
– Tested tested tested
And the only thing slowing the site down is woocommerce payments.
It hangs when it looks for Stripe.
Unfortunately I am losing $$$$ with this being so slow as ppl think the payment is not going through and they leave the site.
I’ve had to turn it off === please provide a fix for this issue, as all I can find is … “deactivate plugins and reactive”.
Clearly that does not work when they are the only two plugins active. The rest of the site is fast without all the plugins added.
10 seconds WITHOUT all the other plugins loaded is TOO SLOW. With the other plugins running adds another 5-10 seconds and several lost sales.
I have a managed WordPress hosted on GoDaddy, I have had this issue for a longer period of time i.e when a customer enters the checkout page and planned to pay the invoice it takes about 40sec to proceed and none would wait for 40secounds it’s very dead slow.
I have reviewed all my plugins and themes and still yet working.
Kindly help me to fix it
