10Web slowdown the dashboard

i’ve installed 10web for 2 weeks now and i noticed that there’s a big slow down in my admin dashboard, it takes like 30 secondes to enter the Add a product page, and when i disabled the plugin it works better (still not that fast but better) so is there any solutions ?

Hi Guys,

My server is running Ubuntu 20 + Virtualmin and I installed WordPress via Virtualmin for my website. This is the first time I’m experiencing some technical difficulties. When I’m in the admin panel and click the update section in the dashboard, the page loads slowly. This is according to the Query plugin, which loads HTTP API 10s slower on the dashboard. The same is true for the add new plugin section, which takes about 5s to load.

New WooCommerce install. Resource Usage Spikes – Dashboard Slow

Hi,

I recently added a store to my website with the WooCommerce and Printfull plugins. I’m currently experiencing an issue where the WordPress dashboard is so slow it is virtually un-navigable and sometimes returns errors.

I reached out to GoDaddy as well as the theme creator with no success.(GoDaddy response: “We tried updating the setting and Deactivating and activating it again , however we still see some issue with Woo -commerce as per our team either you need to contact the plugin administrator directly https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ or contact our WordPress premium support”

This is the info I have gathered so far:

I’m currently experiencing spikes in resource usage. With WooCommerce plugin active, navigating the wordpress dashboard results in:
Physical memory at limit.
I/O usage at limit with faults.
IOPSf faults (possibly PMemF).

With only the WooCommerce plugin deactivated these issues go away.

This is the case on both my child Risotto theme as well as the Twenty Sixteen theme.

All themes and plugins up to date.

too slow dashboard

Unfortunately, your plugin has been slowing down my site dashboard for some time. (Each task takes more than 15 to 20 seconds to complete!)

I installed the Query Monitor plugin and noticed that the php problem was caused by your plugin.

The error displayed by the plugin is as follows: PHP Errors:

So I disabled all plugins (except WooCommerce) and changed the template to the default WordPress template (Twenty Twenty). Unfortunately, the problem was not solved.

Also for WooCommerce product images, in customizer; I backed it to default size (1: 1), but the problem was not solved.

The total number of products I have on the site is not more than 11.
And the host I use is a strong host. (And I also have another site on a similar host, and although it has over 2600 products, I have no problem with the dashboard speed.) Therefore, I am sure that the problem is not due to the weakness of the server.

Of course, I do not know exactly where the problem of speed is from WooCommerce, but it is certainly from WooCommerce itself, not its interference with my theme or plugins or host.

Help if you can.

Timeout slowing access to dashboard by over 2mn!

Since fews weeks, my login was slowed down. At first I did not have the time to check why, but now it’s done. For some reason, I can’t test my website from Canada (but from London it works). As the plugin doesn’t allow any other location than Canada (for scheduled tests), it’s a problem, because access to its specific pages takes over 2mn (till some timeout it seems!) and access to admin dashboard, where the plugin also displays results, is slowed down too by over 2mn…

On settings page I get: “Failed to connect to gtmetrix.com port 443: Connection timed out”

As my website can be tested from other locations, I can’t do anything else than deactivate it.

Maybe you could work on that?

High CPU usage, dashboard slows down, lost connection with cache plugins

Hi,
Ever since WP was updated to v5.5 we have been facing high CPU usage problems. We have the latest NewsPaper theme and Wp-Rocket installed as cache plugin and Yoast as SEO plugin. Suddenly from the last 2-3 days we have been facing high CPU usage problem.

We have 2 dedicated CPU cores and 4GB RAM on the server but still, the CPU usage is going to 80-100% all the time. We did R&D and removed WP-Rocket and put in WP fastest Cache and still, the CPU usage is between 75-95%. Because of which the site slows down a lot and backend is slow too.

With all the plugins deactivated, the dashboard is still really slow and CPU usage is between 10-25%, which is very strange. Any help will be appreciated.

Quiz and Survey Master Makes WordPress Dashboard SLOW

Over the past week, I noticed my WordPress Dashboard being extremely slow. My site itself loaded fine outside of the dashboard area; however, when navigating through the dashboard settings, editing posts, or making any administrator changes it loaded VERY SLOW.

To fix the problem, I disabled ALL of my plugins. Then re-activated each plugin one-by-one. At the end of doing this, I discovered that the Quiz And Survey Master plugin was causing the issue.

Since I would like to keep using the plugin, is there any way to fix this slow dashboard problem without disabling the plugin?

Slow WordPress Post Update – But No slow queries

Hi,

This is my first time posting to this forum for help in the last 4 years of using WP.

Getting to the point – I am experiencing an initial lag when I update a post in the wordpress dashboard.

I checked for slow queries using query monitor but there are non. The longest query takes about .0063 seconds. It is related to options with autoload on. I even tried to create an index for the options but it didn’t help.

Now the query monitor shows the post is updated in 1.23 second but in real use it takes about 15-20 seconds to update the post.

Now I opened the Google developer tools to see what was happening – and it shows that the post.php takes around 5-6 seconds initially to respond which is long.

So I have been scratching my head for almost 7 days now to figure out the reason why there is an initial lag but unable to do it.

I am running the site on a VPS with 4 GB ram and 2 Cores + ssd. Nginx+Php 7 + memcache and Fast CGI.

Also, have CF cdn and have disabled dashboard in page rules.

Any expert has some guidance on how to find out the reason for the initial delay – can please share with me.

Will be really happy to get some help on this.

Conflict with Yoast SEO causing lag on event entry?

I was contacted by a design client who for a few weeks, has been noticing a bad lag when entering or editing events through the wordpress dashboard. I deactivated all plugins aside from events calendar plugins, and as i brought them back found the problem only exists when Yoast SEO is active. All plugins/themes are up to date. I’m wondering if there is any known issue…ive been searching, but havent found anything. And wondering if anybody might have a suggestion on making the two play nicely together

We are using woocommerce since version 2, but right now we are facing lot of trouble, dashboard takes too long time to load.

Orders dashboard, products, edit order or product everything related to woocommerce.
Increased php memory too but no results.

We have 30k orders and 700 products.
Woocommerce version is 3.1.2.

Please team try to solve this issue.
