Sliding images settings

I am looking to have a slider on a continuous loop which sounds easy peasy, right?

I have the slider/carousel widget installed on the home page and I am using 4 images which will probably increase to a max of 8 once it is up and running (if the free photographer light theme allows it). Because they are only looping I did not create a filter for this as the images in the media library are specific to the gallery.

The issue I am having is that the images are not looping. It only shows the first image of the 4 in the gallery.

What settings do I use to literally just have the images on a continuous scroll as I am sure it is something really simple or have I missed something??

Distance Between Slide

I read that ‘Distance Between Slide’ setting is anew feature –but it does not work. Is this an issue with the free version only (it does not make it clear that it is a feature only on pro version?). I try setting anything other than 5px and it won’t save the change.

Customizing options missing

I used pretty much the standard home page with slider, services section, contact. Today I tried to solve the problem that the home page is completely different. There is no slider, no service section and so on.

The customizer doesn’t show the configuration for service settings and the slider settings.

What is wrong?

Where are the slider settings? According to the website there would be a slider feature, but I can’t find it anywhere in the dashboard..

Hi there,

I’ve just edited my slider picture, but it keeps displaying the older opaque extra bit over the top – you can see if you visit my page and there’s an opaque rectangular section that says “accuracy, excellence, etc.” with the coloured Shareaholic buttons below it – I don’t need this!!! I can’t even remember how I managed to get it on there in the first place, but now I need it removed so all I have is the image underneath.

Can anyone advise how I can fix this?

Hey guys…

I am attempting to use SKT Construction Lite as a proof-of-concept before upgrading to Pro

I have resized the image to the specified size, set as featured image on Sample Page and selected Sample Page for the 1st Slide. The image still does not appear. Please help.

Is there a way to edit the slider description outside of color and content?

I would love the adjust the width of the description box, it is currently much wider than the content it contains.

Is there a way to change the link description from “Visit Link” to something else?
