Site Settings-> Typography-> Link wont reset

The link seems stuck on a global color, even if i try to choose a non global from the colour picker, or reset it, its still highlighted as global. i went through the appearance customizer to make sure i didnt have a setting preventing it from changing and i have nothing set on typography there. screen recording at https://imgur.com/wb3XdeS

On my home page, I have a query loop, showing my latest blog posts. In a grid, 10 posts are shown. How can I change this number?

Here, I read: “You can?change the number of posts?listed by selecting the?Query Loop block?and adjusting the Display Settings option in the block toolbar.”

However, when I select the query block, in the block toolbar (right hand side, right?), I only see ‘settings’ (“instellingen in Dutch”), but not “display settings”. I can only change the number of columns, but not the number of posts shown.

Am I overlooking something obvious, here?
