Not sure what, why, or where this is happening.

My site runs on Digital Ocean via Cloudflare.

At times the backend times out on Cloudflare. And sometimes it doesn’t. The front end always seems to function. Also in an incognito window and on other computers.

If the backend times out, I do a power cycle on Digital Ocean and it seems to be working again. Until it doesn’t. I also get a warning from UpTimeRobot if my site is down or up. The time between down and up is a little less than one hour. Every time.

My site runs on the latest version of WP.

I don’t know where to start, so I’m starting here. Hope someone can help.

I also deleted some plugins we haven’t use for a some time. Previously i saw one security plugin informed we have many login attempts been going on. Plugin was mainly about securing these unwanted login attempts. I added harded lockout times and also added my IP address as a trusted one and some IP addresses to the blacklist. I remember that our sites outlook have changed little bit, the layout and today morning i didn’t remember to see it.

Bit earlier elementor’s database etc. asked for update and some other similar was also, can’t now remember. Other issues we faced was in the paymentgateway side, there was webhook giving from different reasons errors.

For us is really important to have our site back quickly. we have a marketplace for travel and leisure bookable activities, our company customers need it and now travelers can’t book anything and we can’t do development and create content. How many days it takes to get site back, is there a faster way to get wordpress support than public forum? What happened and how to fix this?

Is it 100% sure this a wordpress bug etc. That problem is not with some plugin, webhoast service or any other.

and there is an issue,

-On Invoice – it shows shipping address on the Invoice, but there must be a Billing Address on invoice

-On Packing Slip – There is shoing Billing address, we think on packing slip there must be a Shipping Address.

may be these both point switched.

Website is not working after install Popup Message Contact Form 7 plugins. It is install properly but when activate site is down and giving 500 error.

The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

I don’t know what went wrong. I thought that it would fix itself overnight or during the day but the site is still down. Unfortunately, I am not sure which WP version is currently being used, but i think it’s 4.9.2.

I’m hosting a website for a musician. She wrote to me that there was a weird message on the top of the website. It said that it should be get_ instead of something on a specific line in the functions.php file. I tried to fix it with the FTP but didn’t find the problem.
