if anybody’s site crashed after the latest update just ftp upload the latest version to your server and override all files. It will fix the php error. So sorry for this. For some reason only the directories and not files got uploaded to the WordPress repository. All is fine now.

Updating Pods from 2.9.13 crashes site

Hello,

I have been unable to update Pods from 2.9.13. When I do, the site immediately crashes and requires a restore from backup. I’ve done this at least 3 times.

We are at WordPress 6.2 and PHP v. 8. Ideas on why this is happening and how to solve this problem?

Since the last WordPress upgrade your plugin has caused frequent site crashes that give 500/501/503 errors. This happens when editing and updating any post that contains your Post carousel/slider widget.

I would rather not uninstall your plugin as I find it very useful. Are you aware of problems and/or will they be fixed quickly?

Patreon plugin crashes site

I’ve been trying to get this plugin to work for more than a year. Everytime I install it and activate it, my site goes off line. As soon as I go onto the server and delete the plugin, the pops back up like the Undertaker.

I am running WP 7.1 and the TagDiv Newspaper theme. I have a lot of plugins installed so guessing it’s some kind of conflict, but any info would be much appreciated.

Hello, I use the free version of this on 8 sites, and paid version on a 9th. On my 10th site, which is setup just like all the other sites, I cannot get this to work right. When I enable the plugin it actually crashes my site. The minute I disable it, site works fine. I tried deleting the plugin and re-installing right from my host files but it seems to grab previous setup data. What should I do to make this a clean install or is there something else I am missing?

Hi, I’ve just finished redesigning a client’s website and we launched it last week. However, the email delivery wasn’t working so we installed your plugin. We couldn’t get it to work with her Office 365 setup, so she started a Gmail account for the website. I found another emaildelivery helper plugin that was working with minimal settings on another client’s website, so Installed that and was able to get the delivery working with little effort. However, went I deactivate yours in order to delete it, it apparently removes three database tables the site needs, so it goes down with a critical site error. Debug shows that the database tables xxxactionscheduler_claims, xxx_actionscheduler_groups, and xxx–actionscheduler_logs are missing when this happens, so I reactivated your plugin. However, now I cannot activate the one that was working with the email delivery without the site crashing for the same reason. As long as BOTH plugins are deactivated, everything is fine. When I activate yours, it’s fine but email is not delivered from the contact form. But whether or not your is activated, activating the other plugin crashes the site as the database tables it needs are no longer there. We really need to get this working ASAP for her business!! Please help…here are the errors shown when I turn on debug in wp-config. And for clarity, WooCommerce isn’t and has never been installed on this site. I’ve removed the first part of the urls and tables mentioned and replaced them with xxx to help protect her site’s security:

Whenever I add this line to my wp-config.php file the site stops working (all white space).
“/** Enable W3 Total Cache */
/* define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); // Added by W3 Total Cache”

And if I don’t add this line, then this error keeps appearing in my dashboard:
“W3 Total Cache Error: Files and directories could not be automatically created to complete the installation. ”

I’ve this line already added to my wp-config file:
define(‘FS_METHOD’,’direct’);

What can go wrong? My site is ‘whybuysell.com’

Hi there,

My site just crashes when updating Icegram plugin!

I’ve updated the Icegram plugin from the plugins page in WordPress and now, when I try to access my website, I have a white page with this message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/content/29/8277429/html/wp-content/plugins/icegram/icegram.php on line 1271
And I can’t access to my dash board.

How do I fix this?

once the plugin is installed, it crashes the website. There is no error message anywhere with reference to the plugin.
All the settings on the server is updated.
