As per the screen, I have a tags interface and when I type for tag names, it does not load anything.

The same problem in edit screen too.

Hi,
since taxopress 3.5.0, my CLICK TAGS box when creating or editing a POST in the ADMIN section has disappeared. I have been using this function every since I installed SIMPLE TAGS plugin… Today I was surprised to see that CLICK TAGS were not visible when editing a post. How do I re-activate this box?

running 2.8.4 version of WP

If your one of the many people who create posts for your blog automatically from feeds by using the popular wpomatic plugin, the automatic tags arent being created/added when the posts are published.

to get simpletags to add auto tags to these posts you then have to go to back to each post and manually press ‘update’ to get list of autotags added.

Have had this bug ever since installation 6 months ago.

Using content of get_sidebar() (do_action?) in a non-WordPress page?

Can someone tell me what I need– if this is even possible– to display the same contents produced by get_sidebar() in a PHP document outside of my WordPress install?

I’m trying to display the tag/category/etc links that are produced by get_sidebar() in my blog template on the front page of a site in the parent directory (I.e. the directory above /blog).

I dug around in wp-includes/general-template.php, which then led me to wp-includes/plugin.php for do_action(), and I quickly realized it might not be so simple.

(I hope this is OK; I’m not sure which area is best suited for this question.)

Calling st_tag_cloud repeatedly

I’ve got a view where I need to call the st_tag_cloud() function from SimpleTags 3 times on one page (with different arguments). This used to work, but in WP 2.5 it seems to have broken – now all three calls retrieve the same tag cloud data. It’s acting as if it’s caching the first call and then returning it for the other two. Can anyone reproduce this? Know of a workaround? Thanks.

Is there a feature that once it’s posted I could go in and auto-tag all previous entries at once? I couldn’t find a lot of documentation on it.

trying to upload simple tags plug in. it won’t upload to my yahoo server. anyone else with this issue? i’ve looked at all the files to see if anything needs renamed, etc. other plugins have uploaded and activated just fine.

Huge cache directories

My cache directories under WordPress are getting huge. Especially the simple tag directory where LS will simply hang. I’m wondering if that has anything to do with my site spawning a ton of apache processes.

Is there an automatic way of clearing this cache every few days?
