I created and activated the embedded inline form for the desktop users and the top bar for mobile users on my website. However, even after activating the forms they aren’t appearing on the website. Can you pls help me resolve this issue?

I have a list with 5 groups of interest.
To make it easy for the new subscribes I want them to fill out only two fields in a subscription form. NAME and EMAIL.
However, the form placed on pages with waterservice will have a hidden field “waterservice” and will collect the subscriber into that group. On other pages with industry service the hidden field will save the subscribers into the “industry service” group.
How can I do that?
I do not understand why its that difficult to make many forms to on list as long as you only use the fields belonging to the list?

Where [username] will be replaced by the inputted text in the field named ‘Username’ in the signup form.

Now the problem is that spaces are often used by most of the members, so I want to replace the spaces in the [username] by ‘%20’, when the automated email will be sent to the newly registered member.
I have no idea where and how I can do that. Please help me to sort it out.Please… … …
