Today I tried to create a copy of the page and the form, and also added some custom css to the form after which I am not able to draw the signature on the signature pad on any other browser instance chrome , edge, on laptop or mobile
Strangely it is working from the browser I use to edit these forms, it is also chrome on the same machine, but a different chrome profile.
I have also update the contact form 7 plugin
Current Version of contact form 7: Version 5.8.4
Current version of Contact Form 7 Signature Addon : 4.2.2
I have removed custom css, tried clearing the cache on the word press, and browser, I have also tried to create a completely fresh page and form but the issue persists.

The pdf is sent but instead of the signature I have a red cross.
Can someone help please?
Thanks
I’m using your signature field plugin with a step plugin that breaks a long form into separate sections (Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Pro). I have a signature field on the first and second step, set as required. The signature field shows and functions on the first step but does not show or function on the second step.

Any idea why?

Great plugin!
I’m using Contact Form 7 Signature Addon By Breizhtorm with Contact forms 7 and Multi Step – Addon for Contact form 7.
When I set the field to be populated with a signature to Required, the form does not recognize the signature and therefore does not let the user advance to the next step.
After debugging by changing themes and turning on and off the plugins, I discovered the Multi Step – Addon for Contact form 7 was causing the conflict.
I really want to continue using your plugin. Can you help me figure out what the issue is and possibly come up with a work around. I appreciate any help you can give.
Thanks
I know this topic was discussed on this forum, but I thought I would get confirmation before contacting our web hosting company.
Whenever I add a signature field to a contact form, scribble something on it, and click Submit, I get this error.

There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.
——-
Now, if I leave the signature field blank, the messages goes through successfully.
Would someone please tell me how to resolve this issue? Our site is on Dreamhost.
Thanks!
I’m trying to add a signature pad to an empty contact form so I sen learn how it works and how to make the signature show up in the body of an email. Basically, I’m testing it out before putting it on a form that I’m going to use for people to fill out.
When I view the the test page, the signature pad doesn’t show up; just the clear button. If I add the columns and rows and increase the number of rows to the pad, the clear button does move down. I’ve tried adding a background color, but no matter how many attributes I add, the pad doesn’t show up.
I’m using WordPress 5.1.1, my theme is Candidate 5.7, and the plugin is Contact Form 7 Signature Addon.
My code for the empty form with the signature pad is:
———————–
Please sign here:</label
[signature* signature-907 1444×522 background:green]
[submit “Send”]
————————
If anyone can tell me how to get the signature pad to show up and work properly on a page, I would greatly appreciate it
I’ve added the signature to my contact form as per the setup documentation and added to the body of the email (using html body type), however when the form is submitted, nothing is returned in the email. I’ve tried adding it to and type, attaching it to the email and also simply having it as a straight URL – nothing is returned.
Please advise!

* Contact Form 7 4.7
* Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields 1.3.2
* Contact Form 7 Signature Addon 4.1.1
* Multifile Upload Field for Contact Form 7 1.0.1
When a user makes any input error (and the CF7 warning appears), on the page being reloaded the conditional fields are missing completely, making impossible to complete the form.
Please note the two conditional fields does contain shortcodes related with Signature Addon and Multifile Upload Field plugins for CF7.
Do you have any idea on how I can fix this problem?
Thanks

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

We’ve come up with another problem in our project and hope to get help as fast as last time.
We’d like to have an image as background for the signature field so users can paint on it (e.g. a watermark of our company), instead of the default white background.
We already thought about achieving this with simply putting a background-image in the CSS style of the signature field, but this approach won’t save the background with the actual painted signature in the final png (it just saves the painted signature).
Thanks in advance!
