I have the Hustle pop-up plug-in. I have it integrated with Constant Contact. I have the plan with Constant Contact where contacts can sign-up to my membership list with their email and phone number. The hustle plug-in transfers emails to my Constant Contact list, however, it doesn’t transfer their phone numbers. I need help fixing this problem because I tried everything that I can think of.

Email Sign-up Forms Not Visible When Logged Out of WP

Hi,

A while ago I realized my signup forms in my sidebar and footer disappear whenever I logged out of WordPress. The forms are only visible when I’m logged in. I’ve been using the Mailetlite newsletter service and widgets for over a year with no issues, until now. I thought maybe there’s an issue with their plugin, but 2 days ago I switched to Convertkit and I’m having the same issue. Convertkit forms also disappear when logged out.

After poking around and testing a few things, I noticed that the forms work only when I copy and paste the embed codes using the “Custom Html” block inside posts and from within the widgets section (Sidebar & Footer Widgets). Both Mailerlite & Convertkit forms are visible when I add them this way. But doing this is such a hassle. I can’t keep copying and pasting these long codes every time I write an article. Especially when I had a one-click option to add a form before all this.

There’s definitely something in my dashboard that’s messing with the official Mailerlite & Convertkit widgets.

Can anyone help?! Would really appreciate it. I’m trying so hard NOT to be stressed this early in the new year…Lol.

Some things that might be useful…dunno:

-I have the latest version of WP
– I’m using the Blossom Chic, Developed By Blossom Themes.
– Hosting provider is Siteground
-I have a total of 18 Plugins installed, all up-to-date

Mailchimp Sign Up Form PopUp not working

I’ve created my popup on mailchimp following their instructions and copied and pasted the code they provided to my Welcome Page which should allow the popup to appear for visitors to my page. However, the popup isn’t showing at all. How can I get this pop up to work?

I’m not sure how to copy the code here to share with you – do let me know if you need any further information to assist me with this problem.

The form won’t show up. Even when I try to add the code below into a WordPress page located on a different website:

MailChimp using old form – how to delete or edit

I’ve recently set up a new shop/site on Shopify and will be discontinuing WordPress. I used the MailChimp signup link on my new site.

My sign up process ends with a confirmation thank you form that contains a coupon code for use in my shop. This week, one of my new subscribers told me that the coupon code had expired, and the ‘shop now’ links to my old shop. Somehow, MailChimp is linking back to an old thank you page that doesn’t even exist any more on my WP site.

I created a new form in MailChimp, unsubscribed and re-subscribed to test it out. Same thing. How the heck do I get rid of this old page or edit the information? I’m using free MailChimp, because my list is small – so I have no access to support…

I’m wondering if I need to start over and create a new MailChimp account?

IContact Integration

I love the way the optin forms displays but am getting an error message when I test it with iContact. The error message is: An error occurred during your email list submission. Please try again later.

I contact ICONTACT who said I needed to contact wordpress or the developer of the plugin. I didn’t see anyone else with this problem.

New User Registration

On my site www.antiaginginsights.com I give away a free eBook. On my site I have 3 sign up areas which are Mail Chimp sign up forms. However, most sign ups are coming through the New User Registration and I have no idea how! I do not see how they are signing up as New User’s when I have no way to do so on my site. I need for them to be added to Mail Chimp automatically, I cannot keep up with adding them by copy paste. My theme Weaver II. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, the issue here is not malicious code but some code I must have put myself, somewhere, and can’t delete…
I used to use a certain provider for my newsletter and had sign in forms and sign in links in few places in my blog, I have tried to delete them all (i.e. replace with new sign in form for the new provider) but there are still some out there, people keep signing in and I don’t know where from!

Assume the provider I was using was called NEWSLETTER.COM how do I find all occurences of newsletter.com?

I have already tried the obvious: search in posts, comments and pages, sidebar, footer and header.

But some are already out there…

Sign Up Form Disappeared From Blog (Javascript)

I started a new blog to help out a band I like and start a street team for them. I added a sign-up form by inserting a short javascript that was generated by Aweber, which is the autoresponder service I use (and have been using on other blogs and traditional websites). It displayed and worked just fine, and I did a test signup using it yesterday. This morning I look at the blog and the sign up form had disappeared.

Went in to edit the page where I had installed it and the code was gone too. Reinstalled it this morning and it all back to normal but was wondering if anyone was familiar with issues like this, where a javascript form just falls off?
