Hi there,

I am currently developing a site sign-up using your plug with elementor and I am having an issue with the sign-up form. When I view the page on my mobile device, the form displays incorrectly. I was wondering if there is anything that can be done to fix this. Is there any chance that someone in the forum could provide some assistance? I really appreciate all the hard work that goes into creating and maintaining these plugins.

Update: fixed this, I need to edit the padding with elementor instead that on the form settings

First of all I wan to note how much value you are offering for a free plug in, very refreshing to see, respect!

now to my question I ma sing you sign up form for buddy press, everything seems to be working fine but upon registration you get two different emails, one like welcome and one with the actual verification. Can the first one be canceled and only send the second? I think it is a little confusing. but also a little wasteful on the email side. I see the second one is not customizable, is that the reason to have two?

Stopping form pop on mobile

Is there a way to prevent the form from popping up when the user is on a mobile?

On mobile, the pop-up covers over half of the screen, and most users can’t see the X button in the top right, which causes them to get frustrated and leave. I like it popping up on desktop but not mobile.

Or is there some CCS to prevent it when the screen size doesn’t surpass a certain number of pixels?

Spam Bots Destroying My Mailing Lists

I have MC4WP on a number of sites and most are getting multiple spam sign ups daily.

This has been going on for some time and I cant seem to get a handle on it.

Recently, I installed WPbruiser on 2 sites on test mode and have clicked the MC4WP button in settings but get this error:

Test Status: Rejected
Reject Reason: Invalid Token

Cant seem to get a handle on this spam issue and wondering if I need to use a different signup form going forward?

I’m trying to get the newsletter sign up form to show up on my website at the bottom of posts but it doesn’t

I have already set the settings so that the form should show up at the bottom of all blog posts and the about me page.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Cache clear didn’t help.

What is the best way to capture first name and email of subscribers/followers in order to manage them as audience members in Mailchimp? (Embedding a MC sign-up form with MC-generated code does not work as site layout is distorted on mobile devices.) Thank you for whatever recommendations anyone can offer.

Issue with Constant Contact Sign up Forms

Every time I try to test a constant contact form plug-in for my company’s site, I get a message notifying me of a “critical” error. I am not sure how to resolve this issue. I have tried several different form plug-ins so I am wondering if there is a unique issue with my company’s site. I am a recent hire and am just getting to know the wordpress as it is built. Any suggestions for troubleshooting would be incredibly helpful, thanks in advance!

My client would like to offer a one-time free shipping code when a visitor or customer visits their store.

I have found a handful of plugins which give a percentage discount when someone signs up for Mailchimp, but none that deduct the shipping when a code is entered.

Can anyone recommend a plugin or method for offering a once only free shipping for a Mailchimp signup?
