In the sidebar widget, I want to make some changes in the text. I can make the changes, via Appearance->Widgets->Sidebar, but altering the text in it is not saved. When altering the title (on the site the word “Repetities”), or changing the order of the items on the sidebar, I can save that kind of changes with the button in the upper right corner, called “Bijwerken” (Dutch for “Update”). But after altering the text beneath the title (where in this case the board members are mentioned) changes can not be saved; the Bijwerken button is inactive.
I have changed things some time before on this spot, but either I don’t remember how to save it, or things have changed since then…

]]>i have added several widgets to the sidebar of my site.
for some reason there is text appearing at the bottom of the sidebar on how to place a widget as follows
“sidebar widget
go to appearance > widget to add sidebar widget into this area.”
i deleted all the widgets to see if the text would disappear but it duplicated itself, ie, there were to instances of the same text appearing.
