I have spent 3 days searching and searching for an answer to this issue…with no luck. The NextGen slideshow widget is not working at all. All that shows is the title. I chose the gallery I want to show, set the size and it’s just blank. Please let me know what I am doing wrong. Thanking you in advance for your assistance. (I have 15 images in the gallery)

Hi,

How am I able to get all the pictures to play in this sideshow? The Widget skips a bunch of pictures. You can see the pics being skipped over in the filmstrip. Any suggestions?

I updated Word Press yesterday. Today I updated this plug-in and now no photos show up in my sidebar slideshow widget? I’ve cleared cache and history on my browser. I’ve tried different browsers and the issue is the same.

REF: Using WP 3.4.1; Graphene 1.7.3; Ultimate TinyMCE + Ultimate TinyMCE Predefined Styles; Blk Studio TinyMCE; + WP SEO(Yoast) Disabling plug-ins doesn’t seem to affect; Operating a localhost install in Linux/Ubuntu; and Mozilla FF;

PROBLEM: I have the exact same problem you resolved for “Jack” 5 days ago regarding the filmstrip under the slideshow in a sidebar widget: “the lower slideshow that shows where the current picture is in relation to other pictures is still displaying too low.” Your answer in that case was “Try Table I-A1 set to auto” and it worked. That solution is not working for me. Any suggestions?

Since I have a localhost install, I am unable to provide a link, but any help would be appreciated. My images are slightly larger than the sidebar and are being re-sized by the widget upon installation: could this possibly be part of the problem? If you could tell me which tables have settings that should govern this function, maybe I can experiment and figure it out? BTW, you have an awesome plug-in here: I’m just a newbie and there are soooooooooo many options

Hi,

I did the latest upgrade. My sidebar slideshow seems to be broken. I checked in Chrome and Firefox.

In Chrome: Vertical height is gone (only top portion of photo visible)
In Firefox: No slideshow visible at all

I made no other changes or upgrades to any other plugins/themes.
