Sidebar Issue

Hello everyone,

I’m having trouble hiding the sidebar on my website in WordPress. I want the sidebar to appear on all other pages and posts, but not on the homepage. How can I make the sidebar appear on other pages/posts except homepage?

I’ve tried using CSS and editing the theme files, but I can’t seem to get it to work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can achieve this?

Sidebar Load Delay Causing CLS

Even after using third party ad netework, my site was performing outstanding. But, after the 3.6.0 update, CLS score increased insanely from 0 to more than 1 and even upto 1.6 in some pages.
When I go throughout each elements causing CLS, I found that majority of CLS is caused by sidebar (even for mobile). So when I started testing it in different devices, I realized that the main body loads in the whole screen first and then the sidebar loads (forms) and gets to its place.
And this causes the body to shrink resulting CLS from body and sidebar itself forming late causes a massive CLS.

I want sticky sidebar for my website. How I can do that, this feature will help the user experience better and can navigate easily whatever they want.
Please assist me with a better response to this.
And the other thing I want for my website is the featured recent posts or widgets. Where there will be featured images and text this will give a classy look. Please work for this and assist me how can I use this feature

Hi,

There is no specific page we need help with as the issue affects the website as a whole. As you’re going from page to page all of a sudden the sidebar is no longer “sticky”. This only affects people who are logged in. Here is a screenshot of the error: https://prnt.sc/l1n6dc. I have deactivated Jetpack for now. Here is the file that is causing the issue: https://prnt.sc/l1yhwo.

I contacted my theme developers and they have confirmed it is not a theme issue. I then deactivated all plugins and narrowed it down to Jetpack.

Sidebar Issue on Woo Pages

Hi and thanx for this grate theme. I’v removed sidebar from the shop pages in customizer > woocommerce > archives and this works fine for shop, category and tags pages, however it doesn’t work for attribute pages, and strange thing is that its right side sidebar which i cant remove widgets at all, cant find settings for it and im unable to remove sidebar at all. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanx

I really need som help here, I been working with my site over a month and now when I was fixing the last thing my Sidebar moved To Bottom Of Page and I cant fix it back? HELP! What have I done, the site looks like ****…. Can someone please help me to solv this?

I have not installed any new plugins. I was fixing in the appereal setting, and then boom the sidebar whent to the bottom???

Its only on the first page?

custom field, categories, pagination missing

After applying the latest UPC update (4.1.5), I have several issues:
1. custom fields in sidebar are gone
2. categories in sidebar are gone, all that is left in sidebar is search and sort
3. pagination of product says “1 of 0” when using arrows to go to next page of products, only blank page shows even though more products are in the catalog
4. one category of products lost settings for a custom field, and editing that field in those products, and adding it back in, it won’t save even tough it says it saved successfully

I will likely revert to 4.1.3 so the catalog works again
