In my web agency we always used this plugin to display Google reviews. But meanwhile the free version became disappointing. The plugin gets downsized to more and more limits to push users to the Pro version which is too expensive.

Pros: Easy connection with a Google business account, choosing between layout options and filtering e.g. only to display 4-5 star ratings and ratings with comments.

Cons of the free version: Maximum 10 reviews, delay of displaying new reviews, many other limits

We switched all our customers to a different free plugin. I understand that trustindex needs to make money, and I would buy it if the price was lower.

Many plugin companies don’t seem to understand that it’s better to have several million customers who pay 8 $ a year than to have several thousand customers who pay 80 a year.

NONE of the status created with this add-on are considered active orders in Woocommerce not show on the dashboard or in report stats..

This has been reported to you at least 5 times and you just keep closing it as resolved.. but yet it isn’t resolved.. it shouldn’t be closed until you actually resolve it and if that puts some kinda pressure on you, good maybe it’ll actually get resolved then.. because closing all the reports about it and saying its resolved is a horrible way to handle support

form doesn’t appear on my page

hi, I created a form and after inserting the slug in my wordpress page it doesn’t appear.

under the photo you can see a flashing gray dot… that should be the form.

up until now I have always used the plugin but from one moment to the next it stopped letting me view the forms.

Restrict content containing shortcode

I have a page that I would like to have part of restricted only to certain groups. I thought I could do this

[profilegrid_show gid="7"]

[profilegrid_group gid="7"]

[/profilegrid_show]

Unrestricted content...

However when members of group 7 view the page the profilegrid group shortcode is not parsed. Is that intentional? Is is possible to do what I am trying to do?

I’m sorry! I posted this request on the wrong Forum, earlier (Developing with WordPress) I’m new to the forum and did’t see this forum I’m posting on now. (Requests and Feedback Forum) Here is my request again. This time one the correct forum. (admin please delete my old post, if possible)

Would be great to have an option/alternative a “check box” to be able to always show all guides + margins on blocks when adding and selecting blocks in admin.

So you don’t have to hover the mouse exactly on the margin to select a column, box ect.., plus easy to see how everything is grouped together.

Peraps this could be added to future releases.

So, on the third section of the URL that I sent there is an image that changes to another one when I select portuguese (brazil). I configure it by your plugin, but I notice that it cannot be done for mobile. Can you help me? The plugin button isn’t showing on mobile neither the option to change images for mobile.
