The amount of numbers in an order number are 9, like: #184004781.
Normally this is only 6, like: #178470.

I tried a couple of plugins and snippets where I can change this the 9 numbers into 6 numbers, FOR NEW ORDERS TO COME, but when such a plugin is deactivated, These new 6 number order numbers get the original 9 number order numbers again, because when a new order is made it gets assigned the original 9 number order number, a plugin will then change it into a 6 number.

How can I change the 9 number order number into 6 for new orders to come? Without it changing back into 9 number when deactivating a plugin or snippet.

I hope I find you well. I was wondering, is there a possibility to truncate / shorten forum topics that end up in the weekly digest? Ideally I would like to set a limit to maybe 100 characters per topic and afterwards it says “view full topic post” or something like that.

Would also be great if the same could be done for Buddypress posts!
