It only happens in Safari: when ‘Lazy-Loading’ is activated, some images won’t load. If I deactivate the ‘Lazy-Loading’, it works fine.
If I ask Short-Pixel, they will send me to you for troubleshooting this.
What do you think is wrong?
]]>In an effort to increase my pagespeed, I wanted to change my images from PNG > JPEG. After pressing the button to do this under settings, I tried re-optimizing my images but the PNG images were not converted to JPEG images.
Questions I have:
1. Do I have to go in manually to do this?
2. How would I do this then?
3. Is there an easier way?
For the dandelion picture, it did convert from PNG > JPG. I don’t know what is happening to my older images for that reason.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.
Thanks,
Tatiana
Ex: one image is showing in my media library as 1200 × 803, but when inserted into the post at full size it is displaying as 924 x 618.
I do use the plug-ins short pixel and WP Rocket if you think those might be affecting my images. Though, I know with short pixel, the dimensions are displaying as the correct size in the media library after short pixel has optimized them.
I’m out of ideas, so I’d appreciate any insight.
]]>I have a cloudfront CDN and it works fine so far. Now I used shortPixel to create webp images from my existing files.
I have also aded *.webp as a file format and the path where the files are saved.
WordPress still shows the original JPG or PNG files that were deployed at the beginning.
Can you please help me?
]]>They charged me twice, the first time never activating my plugin for upload. Then refused to refund me and take a week to respond to any message. The compression rate of this plugin ruined my site. Garbage!Too bad there isn’t an option for 1 zero stars, one is too much.
