I have no idea why. Again, this is only for a couple orders this has happened, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why this would be happening other than a bug or glitch.
Furthermore, I have had 1-3 customers also mention that shipping options would not show up for them to select and would say ‘no shipping methods available’ even though we confirmed all their address information was inputted correctly.
This second issue seemed to have started up around the same time as the no shipping charged issue, again making me think it had something to do with an update.
My theme creators, Pro Theme from Theme Co has assured users that their current non-updated theme is still perfectly compatible with current wordpress and woo commerce updates.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
]]>1. In the past our website woo commerce pull out shipping charges from our UPS account and was at times charging cheaper than we were being charge in actual.
2. After a fix, now it is charging way over. For example:
2.1 product # 1 – shipping charge pulled out by website is $49.28 via priority Mail
However our fedex account actually charges $16.00 (we typically add $5.00 for handling fee as cushion) So a total charge of $21.00 to our customer.
2.2 product 2 – shipping charge pulled out by website is $104.70 via UPS Ground
While actual shipping charge by our fedex account $ 41.11 (we typically add $5.00 for handling fee as cushion) So a total charge of $46.11 to our customer.
Anyone know what settings I need to configure?
]]>Try to set my shipping cost, base cost for shipping on item one is $4.15. Additional order for item, one is $0.15 if ordered as a single line item
Base cost for shipping on item two is $4.15 Additional order for item, one is $0.15 if ordered as a single item.
If item one and item two is ordered by a customer them the base shipping cost is $4.15 for item one and an additional $0.15 for item two and $0.15 for each additional item.
what do I need to do, the last option from “WP” added too much to the shipping cost?
For example, the total shipping cost for the combined item one and two should be $4.30 and any additional orders one these two items at any combination is $0.15 per total sale.
I have been trying to solve this issue for months. Hope you can help.
Sincerely,

I had created Shipping Zone and Shipping Classes before and they are working fine on front end but on back end, I can not see any shipping zone except Rest of the world and I am not able to create new shipping zone or shipping class.

]]>I have an issue with my cart page. When someone purchases two of the same item, shipping simply doubles, whereas, the actual shipping cost from USPS should remain the same. How can I fix this?
Example: Item A is priced at $20. Wights 4oz. Local shipping for that is $2.64. If someone purchases two of Item A, the shipping cost still should be the same since the weight does not exceed the standard USPS First Class mail limit. But the plugin doubles the shipping cost, and charges $5.28.
I would like to have the shipping cost calculation to be accurate since multiple items bought by the same person ships in the same package.
Please advise.
