Hey

I have a strange problem with order status:
Order status changed from Delivered to Shipped.

After somedays of delivered, order automatically change to shipped and resend email to customer “your order have been shipped” with invoice.

What can case this problem ?

I have ‘Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce‘ and ‘TrackShip for WooCommerce‘

Trackship said their plugin only change status from shipped to delivered.

‘Shipped Order’ Email Not Available for Customisation

This plugin is pure awesomeness, thank you.

The one email I cannot see in the list of ‘Email Types’ is the ‘Shipped Order’ email. It is missing from the list completely. I have the email enabled in WooCommerce settings, so I’m not sure what is going on there. I’m using Woo v5.8.1 with the El Greco theme.

Set the “mark as shipped” doesn’t works

Hi, i put the flag on “Set the “mark as shipped” option checked when adding tracking info to orders”, but it’s not working fine.
The tracking link and email works fine but the order is still in status “processing” and has not been update.
How to fix?

Disable Emails for specific users

Hello, I am looking for a way to disable emails for specific users. I am setting up some wholesale accounts that I need to move to processing then shipped but without the emails being sent to them as I’ll be invoicing them separately. Can someone advise me how to do this please? Thanks

Status when order has been shipped

When we receive order its status is set to “Processing”. But when we ship order I don’t see any status as well as email notification which says to customer that order has been shipped.
I believe we need to change status to “Completed” but this isn’t the same as Shipped and doesn’t convey the same meaning to customer. Is there a way to add “Shipped” status as well as send email which will actually say that your order has been shipped?

It would be very convenient if this WordPress plugin also ships the Matomo tracker proxy.
Currently, the tracker proxy script files have to be manually placed into site root or
some other server configuration used for making the tracker proxy available.
Even better, if the plugin makes the tracker proxy configuration in WordPress available.

MailChimp is not sending order shipped emails

Hello,

I’ve got an automation setup on Mailchimp that should be sending order confirmations, shipping confirmation and cancellation emails. The order confirmations are sending correctly through Woocommerce but shipping emails are not being sent. I’ve searched online but can’t find any resolution for this.

Im on PHP 7.0 and using Mailchimp for Woocommerce ver 2.1.9. Im on WordPress 4.9.8. I dont have any caching plugins setup but do have cloudflare.

Pay vendors when mark as shipped

Hey !
I would like to know if there is way to change the moment when the vendors are paid.
Indeed now the vendors are not paid until all the items are shipped and the order is marked as complete.
The problem is if a vendor is much more longer to ship his product, the other one will have to wait to receive his money.
So I try to find a way to pay the vendor as soon as he mark as shipped his product.
It seems to be difficult without editing the core code of the plugin but you might have a solution or it could be a feature in a coming version.

shipped order status and courier update

Hi,

I have 2 questions.
1. Can we have an order status “shipped”?

I think this is required incase a product is shipped a notification email can be triggered with shipped status with tracking details..

2.As we have the ability to enter different taxes based on unlimited tax class.Can we do the same thing with courier?
(This is for manual courier tracking method)
A tab where we can add individual couriers with it’s default tracking link.Finally the tracking number can be added with it in shipped status email?

Hi is it possible to make an extra field in backend, when orders are selected and marked as shipped then an extra field come and where i can select drivers who are responsible for this shipped order .Is that possible?
is there any hook available ?
