plugin also shows on home button.

sinds the last update the plugin also shows up on the home page.

tried changing the settings but still shows up

This plugin overrides the default Pinterest Share button from my theme, even if I set the plugin to add the button only to images, not to posts or pages. You can see it here: https://tinyurl.com/zaenrsl

Not sure if you are aware of this but I figured I would post it just in case.

I noticed when I load up my pages a reference popup in the status bar that the system was waiting to connect to b.scorecardresearch.com and would hang for a few seconds if not longer (upwards of 20sec). In researching this the b.scorecardresearch.com is considered mail-ware. More research I found disabling SEO Ultimate stopped it from happening and re-enabling it was back again.

I did some googling and found it is related to the ShareIt feature in the SEO Plugin. Looks like ShareIt uses this site for data analytics.

I disabled the ShareIt feature and it stopped happening. Too bad as I liked that feature.

There are tons of social / sharing plugins for WP. However, most of them either utilize Share This or AddThis or are clones…

My problem with these is that they keep the options hidden, and require multiple clicks from the visitor.

I have come across what I consider to be the best social / sharing script EVER at: https://www.shapeshifter.se/2008/08/05/shareit-social-media-bookmark-bar/

I’d like to know if a WP plugin is available for this so that it can be managed from the WP admin console…

I’m using the Shareit plugin, which is by far the best, most comprehensive sharing, emailing etc. plugin I’ve come across.

However, the damn thing doesn’t attach itself to every post. For some unknown reason, it misses out posts apparently at random. I’ve emailed the shareit folks a couple of times but so far, no response.

Anybody else using it and had a similar problem?
