How is it possible to add a third shade to a color attribute? For the moment, I can put two color shades with 2 HEX codes for the same color attribute, but I have some color attributes with 3 shades, how can I do to put 3 HEX code please? If notre possible would it be possible to replace HEX code by an image so I can generate manually the image with 3 shades?
Thanks a lot.
We couldn’t’ find a way to add a border around our newsletter when the Content Background and Global Background colors are the same. Click here for details.
Any ideas on how we can do that?
A temporary or permanent solution via code snippet or file change would be appreciated!
Thank you.
Even though I am using
for emphasis, the custom label tends to blend in with everything else. I need to add a light grey shaded area with a small red border on top so that stands out from the rest of the content. I’m not sure where to add that in my style.css or somewhere in the plugin itself. On top of that, I don’t know what code I’d be using to specifically reference that one area only.
WooCommerce does have that in their “protected messaging area,” which sets it apart automatically but I’m not using theirs since it blocks part of or the entire post. The premium content option provided through PowerPress is a better options since it only blocks out the area where the player and download link would appear.
Any code and placement would be awesome.

So I’m just new to WordPress and when changing the colors in Appearance>Custom>colors the dropdown menu has gone black and shade like.
My website is www.theacornandcaterpillar.com
How do I change it? I’ve looked at other forums and tried to put this
.main-navigation ul ul {
background-color: #fff;
-webkit-box-shadow: none;
box-shadow: none;
}
in the CSS but it doesn’t change anything.
I’m so confused!
I’d like to shade the background of the columns that represent the weekend.
Ideally, I’d have control to make all the formatting changes I want to whichever days I’d like. I’d even like days with events to be a little larger and bolder while dates without events are smaller and muted/shaded. Still, if I could just control the background color on the weekends vs. weekdays, I’d solve some of the communication problems.

I’m working on a theme for my site – https://doodlebug.josephlavington.com/
I was wondering whether it would be possible for the newest posts to have a stronger shade of a particular colour the newer they are in a sort of gradient look.
So imagine…
Newest Post – Full Yellow Background
Next Newest Post – Half Yellow Background (imagine 50% opacity)
Next Newest Post – Quarter Yellow Background (25% opacity)
Next Post – White background
I hope you get what I mean!
